Food was lovely as always! But service could have been better - staff giving us orders that were meant for another table + charging us for 5 more drinks than we’d actually had. Otherwise very nice. Could do with having more toilets as not enough when restaurant is full.

Great visit door was gorgeous as always !!! Great bottle of wine to go with dinner too - only downside was sat upstairs on a bench against the wall - got very u comfortable after 2 hours of eating and drinking needs to be a wider bench and more cushions ☺️

We were a party of 5 and we enjoyed various Tapas, the portions were very generous and we were unable to eat everything. Great service and lovely coffee, definitely a place for a return visit.

The food was great , the waiting time for the food was very slow , too much time in between courses , one thing i think they need to improve on as they were extremely busy with take away orders which had a knock on affect to the actual people in the Restaurant , they need to seperate this somehow .

Pleasant evening atmosphere. Relaxed with conversation and not too noisy. Food was nice but portions were larger than need be.

Went out for a birthday meal and Staff forgot our drinks multiple times. Then overcharged and asked us to leave after an hour and a half after telling us we couldn’t order more drinks. No consideration from anyone

Awful service!! If the service was as good as the food they would get 10/10 !! Waiting 50mins for drinks and our table which had been booked, then half way through the meal there was no one about to order drinks when we did order more they Caleb out with half the order Andy wrong drinks then when we was ready to leave came out with the rest of the drinks !! Restaurant wasn’t even busy, waiters struggled to understand order it was a laughable service !!

Lovely meal but needed more flavour on the meats. Dips and salad great. Staff were great.

Amazing food. But water dripping from ceiling down on us! Also no wet floor sign on a puddle of rain water right by were we was which caused my friend to nearly fall! But overall nice food would return. Thanks

Food was excellent and portion size enormous! Maybe explaining the sizing of the mains would be useful to prevent over ordering but prices are so reasonable you don’t mind if you don’t finish. Service excellent and cakes at the end of the meal are a thoughtful touch and taste amazing! Would definitely come again! Only negative is the smell of the kitchen on your clothing when you leave but this is part of the cooking experience in this restaurant and just means it’s authentic!

Slow service waited an hour for our food 2 meals good boneless chick and grilled halloumi but lamb on spit was just fat and bone- will not repeat And loved Grilla an city centre 😔

Chips and very liitle chicken in pitta bred Did not feel like a night out but visit to fast food.Service was very good and pleasant

Service horrendous! Last meal arrived when the other 5 of us had finished! even the sides came out before it. Shame the City Centre location is so much better.
