Grizzlys Burgers - Canning Town

no taste to the burger and it was a soggy mess after a few minutes, milkshake was way too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth) so wasn't enjoyable. Also the girl behind the counter only gave me a 20% discount and not 25% which my voucher was valid for??

Great place to eat or with family very reasonably priced

The lady with her hair tied up was really nice and professional, the hijabi woman on the till ruined my experience. She doesn’t seem like she wants to be there, took the incorrect order, didn’t bother asking if i wanted whatever i ordered with a side. She doesn’t smile either, completely unfriendly. She needs to be taught customer service skills and how to listen, i had to go back to the till to reorder a side, i got given a quarter chicken instead of a chicken steak… she ruined the experience completely

Was celebrating my son and daughters birthdays, service was impeccable , we all had a fantastic evening, Thank you so much to all the team.

What a great find in Canning Town. Best burger i have had in ages , Staff were great so helpful, and friendly with the menu and ordering, lovely place to eat. Other food we saw being served all looked amazing. I would definitely recommend Grizzlys . Thanks we will be back

Really enjoyed our 1st trip to Grizzly’s Burger Bar in Canning Town. The chicken wings with the bbq sauce were amazing, best I’ve ever tasted ! The burgers were great too. Everyone enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly. Hopefully I’ll be back one day when I visit the O2 for a show.

The restaurant is difficult to locate and or navigating if you’re not familiar to the area. Called the restaurant to let them know we needed direction which helped, they also took the order which helped speed up the food process Burgers were amazing, good portion sizes, drinks were thirst quenching. Defo will come back again
