Excellent food and outstanding service. We visited as a large group, and everything was handled flawlessly. The quality and taste of the food were top-notch—well done to the entire team!

I have visited the restaurant with large booking several time prior , but the visit was regrettably not as pleasing as before. the atmosphere and staff wasn't as forthcoming as previous times.

The burgers here are amongst the best in the city and definitely worth the effort to get to this location. Service is always friendly and helpful too.

First time finning here and really enjoyed the burger. The meat was really tasty and the whole dish was good.

no taste to the burger and it was a soggy mess after a few minutes, milkshake was way too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth) so wasn't enjoyable. Also the girl behind the counter only gave me a 20% discount and not 25% which my voucher was valid for??

The lady with her hair tied up was really nice and professional, the hijabi woman on the till ruined my experience. She doesn’t seem like she wants to be there, took the incorrect order, didn’t bother asking if i wanted whatever i ordered with a side. She doesn’t smile either, completely unfriendly. She needs to be taught customer service skills and how to listen, i had to go back to the till to reorder a side, i got given a quarter chicken instead of a chicken steak… she ruined the experience completely

What a great find in Canning Town. Best burger i have had in ages , Staff were great so helpful, and friendly with the menu and ordering, lovely place to eat. Other food we saw being served all looked amazing. I would definitely recommend Grizzlys . Thanks we will be back

Really enjoyed our 1st trip to Grizzly’s Burger Bar in Canning Town. The chicken wings with the bbq sauce were amazing, best I’ve ever tasted ! The burgers were great too. Everyone enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly. Hopefully I’ll be back one day when I visit the O2 for a show.

The restaurant is difficult to locate and or navigating if you’re not familiar to the area. Called the restaurant to let them know we needed direction which helped, they also took the order which helped speed up the food process Burgers were amazing, good portion sizes, drinks were thirst quenching. Defo will come back again
