Arrived, restaurant was quite full. Told us shortage of gas so we could be waiting at least an hour before food so left

Unfortunately didn’t realise when I booked , that the menu at Lunch time is not the full normal menu. But the staff did try and accommodate my daughter who wanted a prawn curry. Tasty food and great service

Staff always friendly and courteous. It was very busy with both eat in and take out customers but waiting times were acceptable and food quality was not compromised. As ever, excellent value for money.

One of my favourite places to eat in Abergavenny great food value for money and atmosphere. Great choice and nothing is to much trouble if you want to mix up you order from the menu.

4 of us met up and had a lovely meal. The staff were great, very efficient. The gurkali chicken was fantastic! We will be back!

First visit for us on valentines evening, restaurant was looking great and tables nice and clean and set out beautiful as things should be. Customer service was on top form. Food was brought out and delivered correctly and in appropriate time not to early not to late. Food was delicious and plenty of.,our only floor was we had to order another nan bread to mop the plate clean. Will deffo recommend and will deffo be back for more,5 star rating from us. This was a very rare experience for us, as we don’t normally eat out at lunchtimes. This will not be our last visit to the Gurkha Corner, very enjoyable.

Pleasant staff. I ordered Bhuna which was supposed to be medium hot, the food was rather bland and certainly not medium hot.
