had to wait a bit longer than used to. kimchi tasted different from last time but still good. prices went up significantly but still worth it.

My go to korean restaurant. avoid peak hours if you want to use their bbq table due to availability of tables. other than that, all good.

authentic korean food tastes great here always. reasonable price. great service.

Great food experience and service. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in New Malden. Amazing K BBQ.

The food was great & the staff was freindly too

Poor Service, no ambience, and food order completely messed up and main order for 2 people did not arrive and had to be remade. Staff not very organised or attentive. This was a treat for my sons 17th Birthday., very disappointing. Will not be returning under any circumstances. Only an apology not a discount off bill.

Great venue and a friendly team with good covid-19 provisions such as sanitiser, screens and temperature checks. We weren't met or shown to our table just pointed in the direction of where we should go which wasn't a great start. The food was great, hot and tasty. a wide menu choice and plenty of drinks. Pints of larger were served in plastic cups which detracted from the experience. Lovely venue interior and would definitely return. Overall great value for money - big portions.

The service as poor as expected. It was my second time to visit. The young Korean lady waitress was unfriendly and not helpful as when I asked for some soy sauce for my glass noodles and was told off it’s already in the noodles. Good thing the manager sent me a soy sauce when I asked the second time. There was only one ladies toilet working and it wasn’t that clean. I won’t recommend this restaurant/karaoke. We did enjoy the karaoke despite the food experience.

Very disappointing food - meat was of poor quality and lacked flavour, it would be better to have smaller portions and better quality ingredients.

So pleasant and friendly, the food was incredibly tasty and enjoyable and they accommodated us at short notice - we only wished they had a desert menu! Thanks HAN will Certainly be visiting again!

The food was really good and our waitress was fine but very unwelcoming and pretty rude staff who took some time to acknowledge us and take us to our table. Possibly understaffed but could have been so much frienff dc lire!

Great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, the food was great. Only criticism was the food took some time to come out and diners were waiting some time for their food when others had already come out. Also the table top BBQ wasn't working and this was one of the main reasons for coming. But overall I was happy and would come again if the BBQs worked.

Lovely venue for our friends hen do. Great food and okay service. The karaoke room was a wonderful addition to our night and a great value for money.
