Formerly known as the award-winning Hart's Restaurant, this sophisticated establishment is now located in Hart's Hotel on Park Row. The restaurant’s brand-new menu has been developed by Michelin-star chef Aaron Patterson from sister hotel Hambleton Hall in Rutland. Dining here will be a meal to remember, the restaurant offering modern British cuisine prepared with only the finest, locally-sourced ingredients.
