London’s Hawker is all about Vietnamese street food which, as you may be aware, is some of the most humble yet delicious food in the world. It’s always fresh, it’s always simple, and it’s always been prepared, bought and eaten by generations of Vietnamese families. You can expect much the same at this Camden Town restaurant on Camden High Street, launched with the aim of bettering eating standards in London the UK and doing a damn good job of it so far. The menu caters to all dietary requirements and on it you’ll find Vietnamese favourites like pho, banh mi (delightful Viet baguettes), summer rolls and rice dishes.
Nice little cafe - Food wasn't bad at all - staff were OK, but didn't seem overly interested in us being there. Food is authentic though. Didn't like the sauces for the summer rolls - but that's probably just me!
