Food was great and service good. The only comment is that I think the mains should include rice, chips etc particularly on the set party menu. You should not have to pay extra to have a proper plate of food on a set menu.
Food was underwhelming for the price. The mains come very basic. Order lamb or chicken and that’s pretty much all you get. So a side of fries was literally just chicken and chips. Waitress didn’t suggest any sides either so it was a particularly plain meal…

I have been to other Haz branches before and always had zero complaints, but this branch had dreadful service- and a manager who was more interested in looking cool than helping out his staff. The food was poor. We were given old stale bread with our meze dips, rather than warm fresh pitta, as one would expect. And my chicken was dry and tasteless. They also seem to have pared down the menu with sad, ready-made options rather than the usual fresh selection. And trying to get water for the table was painful. Waiters standing around doing nothing. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
Overall a great experience as this was a client meeting. Food was clean and exceptionally delicious! I did find the music a little loud as I struggled to hear the client talking but other than that really happy with the service, atmosphere and food. 10/10
