What a great restaurant. Can count on 2 hands how many times we’ve visited since it opened. Staff are lovely, food is terrific and good choice of drinks. We’ll be back again soon!

A very pleasant restaurant building, traditional and old, full of character. Well laid out tables on both floors. Efficient online table booking system, was able to get the time we wanted. Detailed and varied menu choices, not just steaks. The waiting staff were efficient and helpful. The food was excellent. The only downside was a mix up with the order which meant the food was a bit late coming. The waiter was very apologetic and the food arrived soon after we had raised the issue.

It took over an hour and a half for our main courses to arrive. They were apologetic but never really explained the issue. Food was good when it arrived but overall experience obviously affected by the wait

Beautiful steaks, friendly and attentive service from really lovely, genuine staff. Snug restaurant with a lovely ambiance. We went for a celebratory dinner and were delighted with our experience.

Service was poor. Items forgotten, orders muddled - drinks took a long time to come. However, food was v. good (apart from the side salad). Upstairs exclusive room works well for a larger party group.

First time visiting HK and had a very enjoyable meal. The staff were attentive and the quality of the food and wine very good. We will be visiting HK again in the near future.

1st 2 for 1 Tuesday visit. Not as good as our first experience, although still good. Order was slightly wrong, with the chips. Not a big deal. My minute steak was more grisly than the one I had a few weeks ago. My partner’s fillet was noticeably smaller than the one he had a few weeks ago. All in all, still good and we would re-book. The waitress was friendly and helpful.

The food was fantastic, the staff are always welcoming and Josh our server was fab. Our friends were really impressed and we really enjoyed our afternoon at Heavens Kitchen.

We used to visit the Farnham site but after moving to Crawley we were desperate to find a good steak house, thankfully I checked their website and saw they had one in Dorking, we attended the 2 for Tuesday, we each had a starter, scallops - were beautifully cooked, Steakchini - this was a little cold in the middle but nice flavours. main we both had a 12oz sirloin, 1 with sweet potato fries and the other with truffle chips, both steaks were perfectly cooked and cut like butter! sides, tenderstem broccoli - unfortunately we had to leave this as it had a very strong herb on it (Thyme I think) which was overpowering, carrots also had a garnish which wasn’t needed but this thankfully could be scraped off. the mushroom sauce is very tasty and goes great with the steak! We were so full we had no space for pudding although the selection looked lovely. staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was welcoming. We are looking forward to returning with our friends and family.

2nd time of visiting and still amazing! Will definatley be back as this is honestly one of my favourite steaks outside of Chicago and even compared to Hawksmoor and Goodman’s in London.

Starters and sides where very poor , steak was good but overall not great and very expensive so won’t be returning

They had run out of lamb shanks so we had to reorder. Broccoli was tasty but got cold very quickly. Otherwise food was very good. We will try our local restaurant next time, maybe for the tomahawk.

A Great service from Josh and Team Great roast dinner

Treated my 9 year old daughter. We had the 2-4-1 steak, both rumps were delightful. Service was brilliant, treating us both to a lovely evening. Will be returning!

Amazing anniversary meal. The steak was tender with a delicious smokey taste. The skin -on-fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The service was brilliant too - big thanks to Josh. Overall, fantastic! We will be back!

A great evening. We were seated undisturbed from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm but supported with discrete service when we wanted it. Good wine and good food to compliment a meeting of old friends.

Thank you for making my wife’s birthday even more special. We received exceptional service from Karima and the food was equally brilliant. We will certainly be back with our family again. Lovely evening. The staff were great and delightful setting in the very top room. Steaks were very good.

Considering I booked it early on 8 August for my husbands birthday on 26 August, our table was in a thorough fare and under an air conditioning unit which was cold! Why was I asked on the booking form to mention the reason for the booking when no consideration was given? We waited 45 minutes for our meal. Food was good but the rest lacking.

Friendly service. Very tasty food. Nice relaxed atmosphere. 1 starter between 2, a shared tomohawk steak, which we knew was expensive, and 2 drinks each no dessert or coffee. Nearly £200 with the price of 1 drink kindly removed. We were very shocked at the price. We probably won't go back sadly

Food was good. We were given the wrong bill!! At 9.00 they opened the main door. We would have stayed for coffee but there was a really called draught.

I booked a table for 8pm on Sunday evening but when we got there they had hardly any of the menu left, it was very disappointing and I don't understand how if we have a table booked and they know we are coming why they didn't have food left
