Lovely place. Paolo was great too. Went for husbands birthday. Nice place to go for special occasion.

From the warm welcome we received on a busy Friday night , the service throughout our meal and the delicious starters and the chateaubriand and Rib Eye steaks we had to the friendly atmosphere it was a great experience. The Menu is extensive and although specialising in steak and meat dishes it has fish and vegetarian and vegan options, We would thoroughly recommend HK for a foodie night out in Dorking

Service was personal and professional. Atmosphere was lovely, food was great and well worth the price. Will be visiting again with friends.

We had a great meal. The staff were all very accommodating, not over the top at all. All very genuine. The quality of the meat was very good. My partner’s fillet in particular. I think it was the most tender cut of steak I have ever eaten. My partner actually said she thought it was the best steak she has ever had! Thank you for a great meal.

Overall, we really enjoyed our meal. Great service from friendly staff. Steaks were good but my sirloin was 1/3 fat, which was a little frustrating. Desserts were amazing. Only quibble was the price. It was 2-4-1 steaks and we had one soft drink each plus desserts and it was still £91.

Visited a couple of weeks ago and had a lovely evening. Lots of choice on the menu - the breaded brie was amazing and we all opted for steak (fillet and sirloin) for our main courses and it didn't disappoint! I also had dessert - a lemon Eton mess which was served in a warm glass (I'm guessing just out of the dishwasher) - not ideal as the cream was warm and the ice cream had melted.

Would definitely recommend for any occasion. Lovely food and great staff.

Serving plates not suitable for service. Witnessed table next to us get a covering of "hot butter"sauce as plates have no sides so impractical for waiting staff to serve safely or efficiently. This also happened at our table but we were cautious so dodged the drips! Our steaks were incorrectly served.. i ended up with my partners so we swapped. Onion rings so greasy. Over priced sides. Staff lovely, helpful and efficient.

Suspect it may have been different if we had visited on any other evening than 2-4-1 Night. Had to wait a bit for our table on a busy first floor landing, and we were then seated back downstairs. The manager was very professional about it and brought us two free glasses of Prosecco. Ordered quickly enough and starters came just as quickly, but we had to ask again for the drinks we’d ordered. Both starters (arancini and Greek salad) were good. Mains (Picanha x2) were well presented, but my medium rare was medium. I was offered the opportunity to have a fresh one brought out, but we’d waited around an hour, and it would have taken too long. It was good steak though, can’t be denied. The two sauces (blue cheese and chimichurri) were very thin and didn’t carry much flavour. Overall came to £61 inc. service charge, which I don’t think is bad for two courses and a drink each, but the same meal would have been close to £100 on a regular night, and I don’t think I’d have felt that was such good value, even if we hadn’t had the issues described above.

its a new restaurant, so staff were feeling their way round. They were friendly and helpful. Will go again. Husband loved his steak and he is fussy.

It seems to be a lot of staff compared of the level of customers, but still we had to ask for our drinks to be bought over.

Very warm welcome on arrival, and the venue looked amazing! Taken upstairs and had a choice of two tables. Our server, Bella, introduced herself and assisted with ordering from the menu. OMG! The steaks were incredible! All of us enjoyed every morsel! Delicious. My only slight criticism is that it was difficult to attract any of the the servers attentions, neither looked our way and we waited ages before being able to ask for another bottle of wine. We did eventually but it never arrived and we finished our meals so had to cancel it. But we felt the servers were fairly new and it didn’t stop us enjoying the great food! Thank you for a lovely evening, we will definitely be back!!!

First time of visiting. Really enjoyed our meal and we will definitely be returning. My wine was luke warm and required ice to cool it down which was disappointing. The donuts we had for dessert were not really cooked enough but were OK. It was a bit noisy to begin with but you can’t complain about people enjoying themselves.

Went to HK for a birthday dinner and was impressed with the new restaurant. There is plenty on the menu besides steak and a good varied drinks choice. Restaurant is well laid out and feels roomy but personal. Steak was well cooked, chips nice, sauces very good. Onions rings brought extra grease and not needed in my opinion, rocket leaves seemed a little sad. But minor issues, the overall meal was excellent. Birthday discount is nice touch and everyone seemed happy with their food. Service was friendly. Will definitely return.

This was a special occasion my partner was seriously ill in October & this was his 1st time going out since. We were seated very quickly on arrival on a fantastic table. All the staff were very attentive & happy, fantastic. Food was amazing & so was the cocktail I had which was 2 for 1 , also had 2 glasses of complementary prosecco. Inside was bright & clean & on the second floor was an amazing fridge displaying lots of lovely meats. I would of had a dessert but was way to full. Would definitely recommend trying here. Price was good for the two of us aswell.

Our visit to Heaven's Kitchen for my Stepdaughter's bday celebration was absolutely lovely. The service was exemplary, the food was delicious and the atmosphere just perfect. I had, and can highly recommend, the T-bone and the fillet steak with mushroom sauce. The other half says she can highly recommend the cocktails. And the kids loved the cheesecake. A fantastic experience and we will be back!

Friendly staff, steak was excellent, we had nibbles then 2 x 8oz sirloin and 1 x 12oz ribeye (all medium). Cooked to perfection, very tender. Side orders great, mediterranean veg, mac 'n' cheese and corn on the cob. Skin on fries and chunky chips. Peppercorn sauce. Good service, pleasant decor, reasonable prices, great food, will visit again (first time visit).

We went on a Tuesday, 2 for 1 price on Steak night to celebrate my Birthday. Ribeye’s were perfect, service was really good & the place had a really good feel. They even sang Happy Birthday with a candle in a desert, great night - Thankyou

Food was great, we had the steak arancini and chicken wings for starters, chateaubriand for main with truffle and cheese chips and sweet potato fries, brownies for dessert and it was brilliant would highly recommend. Service was relatively quick for how busy they were and even had colouring pads for our little one. We will return

First time visiting Heaven’s Kitchen for Father’s Day and honestly say it was one of the best Father’s Day lunches we have ever had. Food was tasty and the staff efficient and attentive. Cannot to return with friends.

We visited HK Saturday evening for my birthday and ordered starters, main and desert. The two starters were calamari that my partner had and the butter mushrooms that I had. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed with the mushrooms as I counted 4 half mushrooms in a dish of sauce. Whilst this was very tasty it was also very small and in my opinion not worth the £8.50 cost for it. Main course we both ordered steaks. These were cooked to perfection with an ample side of skin on fries, rocket salad and battered onion rings. For dessert we shared a delicious cheesecake. To accompany our meal we ordered the red barbera wine that our lovely waitress Joanna was happy with and told us it was a good choice. The most important part of our meal was the waitress Joanna, she was engaging without being in your face. Probably one of the best waitresses I’ve had the pleasure to be served by. Another plus point is that if you sign up for their emails you get sent an offer of £30 off your meal for your birthday. I did receive the email but it didn’t state the Dorking branch and Joanna soon rectified this telling us that it would still be honoured and the Dorking branch may not yet be on the offer due it it being recently opened. So all in all a very enjoyable experience.

Great service, if a little slow, with lovely staff and delicious food. Would have preferred to have been seated on the 1st floor as top floor lacked ambiance. We had booked so we were surprised only a table on the top floor could be found.

Such a great asset to the town. Absolutely great food! Waiters were very attentive. We were booked in on opening night and this was well worth the wait.

Table wasn’t ready when booked and had to wait 20 mins then asked 3 times for table water and had to keep asking for drinks order and food, didn’t eat until 1hr 25 mins after arrival! Flippant comments from staff as well when asked if they had an allergy menu

We had a great time and the food was delicious. Victoria, our waitress was outstanding in every way!
