We booked a Christmas party for 17 people and the whole experience was fantastic. The service was amazing and the food was excellent. We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The service was friendly, however, the starter (garlic bread )was soggy, lukewarm with little garlic butter. The main course (ribs with bbq sauce) was served lukewarm and the meat a little fatty. It was reheated but not an enjoyable dish & no discount for the poor food. It’s a shame, as their steaks are normally good, and on this occasion, a poor dining experience.

Music was far too loud and made it difficult to have a conversation. All 4 of us had steak, all cooked to different levels of doneness - it was disappointing that the waitress didn't know which steak was which, so we had to sort it out ourselves.

Steaks were cooked to perfection and delicious. Kids meals was a generous size and the 3 courses for them was great. Overall brilliant birthday meal out with the family.

From walking into HK we were greated by the waiter . He was very polite and professional. He explained the aging process of the meat . We had the tomahawk. It was amazing . The only downside was the lemonade was flat . Apart from that overall I would definitely recommend it .

The service was pretty slow and the Yorkshire puddings were cold. We were given complimentary garlic bread and olives as the meals would be delayed. We waited over half an hour for one chocolate fudge pudding and the same for one milkshake. I have had better service during previous visits to Heavens Kitchen Farnham

The food was really good but we were disappointed with the service, they tried to clear the plates a couple of times whilst we were still eating.

The experience was very enjoyable — the food was tasty, portions were generous, and although it was on the pricier side, it was definitely worth it and I’d be happy to return.

Good service, was not asked if we wanted tap water when we asked for water, assumed it would be but was bought bottles water which cost around £5. ☹️ The food was really good. Not keen on service changes, I would rather leave a tip.
