I booked months in advance for my boyfriend’s birthday but I didn’t get a nice table also they messed up with my cake order but the restaurant manager was very nice and friendly and he arranged something for us
From the moment we arrived it was great. The view was outstanding, we got there just as the sun way going down, so had two different views. The service & food was amazing. We then finished our meal with a cocktail in the bar upstairs WOW. The only negative thing I would say, is at the time of booking, I was asked if it was a special occasion. It’s our 8th wedding Anniversary & my birthday. Not that I was expecting anything free, just thought our desert would have come out with happy birthday & a candle?? So my point is why ask. The experience was fabulous & I would highly recommend 5 star service with a 5 star view!!!!

Very disappointed. The food is average and for the price you are paying it is a total rip off. However, it it is service that really lets this restaurant down. From the very beginning when the man who called me to confirmed my reservation was beyond rude. Very unprofessional with a terrible phone manner. Then the actual service in the restaurant was very slow. No one asked about drinks when we arrived and we had to wait until we ordered with our food. Then they only remembered half the drinks. The view is lovely but there are a number of other restaurants in London that will give you just as good a view where the food is better and the service is what you would expect for the money you are spending.
