Great little place, nice location.... good food to be had

Quiet Thursday evening for our first visit with maybe half a dozen groups in. Service and food quality both excellent and I thought good value for our £70 spend on starters, mains, four drinks and a cheese board. We only live in Hinckley so we will definitely be back.

First visit and we really enjoyed our dining experience.A big Plus was the beer ,very nice and the chef went round every table asking if they had enjoyed there meal.

Excellent experience from the warm greeting right through to dessert. Entrance/front door to the establishment is not immediately obvious but once you have found it, it's worth it. Not cheap but that is reflected in the quality of the food and surroundings.

Friendly welcome, great service, delicious food. The atmosphere is relaxed, the chairs comfortable. There’s a buzz, but it’s easy to chat around the table. Downstairs the bar feels cosy but not cramped. Good range of beers, and a decent coffee. Back soon!

Very enjoyable Christmas dinner, great atmosphere relaxing and the service was excellent.

The Hercules had a very welcoming atmosphere, quite homely with a pleasant buzz of conversation but not too noisy. We all found the food delicious and the red cabbage something to die for. The waiter was attentive but we never felt rushed. It was an excellent experience.

Always great food, good quality meat and freshly cooked. Great meal.
