Very good service and the food was much better than we expected

Turned up for our booked table, to be told to wait at the bar, which is no problem, but we then had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar having been ignored by multiple staff. The main meal was excellent but having finished it, our plates were cleared without being offered a dessert menu so we had to ask for one. The deserts were very good, but I would expect the service to be a lot better and consistent

Tables are really close together - felt like we were taking part in the meal next to us. Not a really comfortable distance (30cms approx) Probably won't go back for that reason.

Good milkshakes, great fries, efficient service. Burgers not amazing (soggy buns) and a little overpriced. There are better burger places out there!

First visit and will be going again! Little pricy for what it is but food was lovely. Service good nice friendly place to go. Dog friendly which is a real bonus. Straight away brought over a water bowl for dog.

Extremely loud group in the restaurant fuelled with alcohol. Nobody could hear their own conversations and management did not once go over and inform noise levels. Drunk men even went over to other tables. Waitress served group drinks and walked past our table and looked at us at went ‘fucking he’ll’ I do not expect that and will not be returning

Food was lovely and arrived very quickly (had burgers and fries so imagine it would be!). Atmosphere was lovely and the cocktails were great. Would definitely return!

Hubbox were very accommodating when I had to change my booking a couple of times for my Husband's birthday meal. We found our waitress, Lizzie, very attentive, friendly and proactive. Nothing was too much and she was aware of when people joined and left the table and acted accordingly. The food was absolutely amazing too. We will definitely be back some day!

Waitress got the wrong order for someone on the table. Having to pay an extra £3 for vegan patty when swapping from meat is ridiculous. The skinny fries I had with my burger were awful, McDonald’s fries are better quality. I will not choose this restaurant again for a meal. Slow waitress service.

We ordered four meals, the adult burgers were lovely but the children’s burgers were overcooked and dry. I did point this out to a member of staff who apologised but nothing else was done. We paid £70 for an unsatisfactory meal. Would have been better off going to Burger King!!!

Although not full staff couldn’t cope with large table elsewhere in restaurant. Staff were getting confused with orders and we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive

Great visit. Fast, prompt- but by no means rushed - visit.

Good service, spoke to 4 different members of staff and they were all friendly and polite without being to much. Food was really good, and as a vegetarian I had a good choice of options. Would definitely recommend, this was our second visit and there will certainly be more.
