Lovely food but we waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive to our table.
First visit to a Hubbox and felt little disappointed as the service was slow and they had run out of several items that we wanted to order even olives for starters now that does seem impossible. Would take a lot to convince me to return to the restaurant.
Good food, really good service and friendly staff. Food came very quickly and was cooked really well!
The restaurant is a great addition to Gunwharf. Brilliant burgers and the hot dogs ain’t bad either.
Hubbox recently opened in our area and we instantly fell in love with the place. The staff is really friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and feels a bit like being on holiday as it has an almost beach hut vibe and the food is very tasty! We will be coming back... oh and they are dog friendly! Our pups love visiting as they always get a lot of attention! :-)
We went there for my sons 15th birthday as we had previously eaten in Truro and loved it. But while we were there yesterday my middle sons dinner didn’t come out intill we had all finished our meals I think that’s quite poor as they had got the order wrong so had to be sent back . Not a great experience for a birthday as my middle son wasn’t happy obviously as then had to eat on his own. I’m not sure we will return Regards Theresa Harris
