First rate service, excellent service and a good choice of wine.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden, jedoch sollten die Servicekräfte, speziell an Silvester(75£ das Menü), besser ausgebildet sein. Mein Lobster war zäh ebenso das Rinderfilet meines Mannes. Man war sehr bemüht und freundlich aber ich würde da meinen Silvester Abend nicht mehr buchen. An normalen Tagen würde ich aber wieder dort Essen gehen.

We’ve eaten in this place before as it’s local to me! It was a last minute decision to have Xmas lunch in a restaurant! I was disappointed with my meal! It was a 3 course set menu but we choose to have 2 course! I chose turkey as my main course! The plate had 4 slices of turkey, 4 baby potatoes and a very badly cooked Yorkshire pudding which was cold! I sent it back to be heated up! I would have thought the waiter would just have brought be a freshly cooked one but chose to take my one that I’d bitten into, and return it! But the most disappointing thing that day was that by main course didn’t come with any vegetables! I did ask but hit a sad reply of I’ll see that the kitchen can do! If the chef can’t prepare a good meal then it shouldn’t be on the menu however my mum chose the jamb cutlets and they were good! So perhaps my fault in choosing the wrong dish!

The food was really good, and the treatment and attention of the staff excellent.

The service was not great - I asked for a bottle of water three times it did not come, my arenchini was not well presented and the veal main was tough. The desert was nothing like expected. Not great value for money.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the food was super nice with decent portions. This was all made even better with the reasonable pricing

Good range of choices on the menu - all the expected Italian classics and a few more on the specials menu. Food was tasty and reasonably priced; friendly service in a nice atmosphere. Music a little too loud to have comfortable conversation.

Both my main and starter seemed too salty, but this is still the best Italian restaurant in London.

Been here several times ,and it has always been excellent. Friday was not as good as usual though, don't know why.... maybe a different Chef?. Wouldn't stop me going again.... but hope the standard resumes :-) Cheers
