Enjoyed the meal but tables were not spaced out as much as we would have liked to be Covid secure. My Husband's Lasagna was excellent, my venison was nice but not very tender. Pleased to see area outside in the front is well covered by a gazebo and has heaters. Will try there when the weather is reasonable enough.

Great for us as close enough to walk to. Good food and atmosphere but a bit pricey. Not such a big selection as they used to have but plenty of choices on the Specials board. Will definitely go back again.

was not a great start when we arrived, we were kept waiting ? there was only one table for 2 empty so where did they think we were going to sit ? but once we ere seated it was fine and we really enjoyed the wine and food and a lovely atmosphere.

The food was delicious but served on very cold plates so cooled very quickly. In this weather it would be nicer to used warmed plates for the hot foods.

Brill best Italian been to for a while - could do with garlic mushrooms on menu

Food fantastic, but the service, I was not impressed. We ask for a garlic bread and they brought tomato bread, We keep asking. The kept saying is ok, is ok. At the end I asked why, they said that is their garlic bread, the one we wanted have a different name. Buy why they didn’t explain that in the first place.

Enjoyable meal and friendly efficient service. The calves liver was excellent.

Nice welcome, friendly and efficient staff, great food. Whole sea bass was outstanding as was bruschetta with tuna & artichoke. Lovely bottle of Gavi. Only downside was a glass of house wine ( Trebbiano I think? ) was a bit dull, but in fairness maybe it just didn’t measure up to the Gavi. Really nice evening. Highly recommend.

Great evening for our Family , really enjoyed the evening.

It was very nice However we did not know there would be live music and singing at the restaurant last night, so we were a little surprised but still stayed to eat. However the restaurant is not big and we found it hard to hear and talk so it would have been great to have had a little warning

Food is amazing and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Had a wonderful experience for my mothers 70th birthday with my whole family will be visiting again soon 😊

Food was lovely and the restaurant it’s self is really nice but to be left standing in the middle of the restaurant in the way because your table isn’t ready isn’t really a good way to start your meal, but when the table did come free the staff were not even in any rush to clear it. Not really what you would expect when you have booked a table.

We booked a table for 12:15 on a Sunday. Turned up and restsurant wasn’t open until 2pm. Very apologetic but a shame as know the restsurant is usually great, food and service!

I’ve been a customer for months and unfortunately they changed the risotto Mare, used to be white now is with tomatoes souse, still tasty but I preferred without. Also I ask for a glass of water 3 times and didn’t get it. I am still thirsty!

Very cosy, good food and good service. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a cosy intimate restaurant. Also has a nice outside dinning area.

Great food. I enjoyed lobster ravioli. Garlic bread pizza was tasty. I would recommend . Suitable for groups or for couples. Great for a date

It has a very nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly too. The prawn penne pasta was perfect. Not that pricey either for such good quality overall.

Really had a lovely evening, nice choice of specials I had the rabbit stew would defo recommend. Really buzzing in there proper Italians serving would defo go back
