Food is amazing and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Had a wonderful experience for my mothers 70th birthday with my whole family will be visiting again soon 😊
Food was lovely and the restaurant it’s self is really nice but to be left standing in the middle of the restaurant in the way because your table isn’t ready isn’t really a good way to start your meal, but when the table did come free the staff were not even in any rush to clear it. Not really what you would expect when you have booked a table.
Good atmosphere and great food as always Used to get a complimentary limoncello which was a nice touch but not this time All good though
Love it in here great food great atmosphere great staff been going For years always great it’s the place we take friends too and they always love it 🥰
We booked a table for 12:15 on a Sunday. Turned up and restsurant wasn’t open until 2pm. Very apologetic but a shame as know the restsurant is usually great, food and service!
I’ve been a customer for months and unfortunately they changed the risotto Mare, used to be white now is with tomatoes souse, still tasty but I preferred without. Also I ask for a glass of water 3 times and didn’t get it. I am still thirsty!
Very cosy, good food and good service. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a cosy intimate restaurant. Also has a nice outside dinning area.
Great food. I enjoyed lobster ravioli. Garlic bread pizza was tasty. I would recommend . Suitable for groups or for couples. Great for a date
It has a very nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly too. The prawn penne pasta was perfect. Not that pricey either for such good quality overall.
Really had a lovely evening, nice choice of specials I had the rabbit stew would defo recommend. Really buzzing in there proper Italians serving would defo go back
Great atmosphere, very good food and very good service. The menu does not have so many grills as it used to but there are plenty of dishes on the specials board. Will definitely return and recommend to others.
Great resturant great food and great staff. I have gone before to the other one in Theydon Bois but not this one. Was great experience, definitely going back
Great food and great service. Only downside is that tables are packed tightly as the space is limited. However this doesn’t spoil a good dining experience.
Terrible service. Average food no atmosphere. Love Italian food but wool not return here. Obviously understaffed No menu to talk about not even side orders on offer
Very poor service. We waited ages for our starters and then our main course followed straight after.
Staff were so friendly and food was great! Authentic Italian restaurant. I really recommend :) my girlfriend and I had a lovely night. Do go and visit and if it’s a nice evening, I especially recommend sitting outside.
Absolutely perfect!!!! Friendly staff and great food Definitely I will come back
I love good authentic Italian food and at Il Bacio Buckhurst Hill I honestly got the best Italian meal I have ever had and that includes some of the best Italian restaurants available in both London and Italy both of which I have and do get to. Many thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and service, I will be back! Gracie, Chris Welham
We had a great night. The food was really good and there was a brilliant atmosphere. We enjoyed the house wine too. Thanks very much!
Very warm vibrant restaurant with amazing food and flavours taking you back to Italy. Definitely going back especially for the lobster ravioli and the panna cotta!
