Lovely food, welcoming staff and great entertainment too. The atmosphere and decor was very inviting. Would deffo recommend to all for all ages. Give it s try.

Everything was very good. The atmosphere was great due to the good entertainment. The food was cooked to perfection. The service was also very good without being patronising.

We've been going to Toscana for years. Birthdays, Anniversary or just an evening out. Absolutely love it here! The staff are always friendly and the food is always good.

This is always our 1st choice of restaurants when dining out. Great food, atmosphere and staff . I love that's it's not changed to a trendy place as it's adds to ambience!

Some of the food had a good taste but reminded me of mushy school dinners. Tiramisu was watery - sticky toffee pud worst I have ever had - sauce from king prawns grey - staff nice enough - restaurant dated and worn - £83 for 2 people - there are far too many good restaurants that are cheaper and nicer that offer better food to return to this one - Sorry

Fabulous food, amazing service. The guys made us feel special and that we were the only customers in the fully booked restaurant. The food was lovely, well cooked an soooo tasty. Really good value for money. If I have a criticism it was a little too much chocolate on the profiteroles (can you have too much chocolate???). Will certainly be returning very soon.

Il Toscano is an authentic, traditional Italian restaurant in Sutton, serving great food and wine. Great atmosphere and excellent, friendly service. We dine there with friends a couple of evenings a month and can recommend it.

A very attractive Genuinely Italen restaurant . Good food at reasonable prices and served hot. Service is friendly and efficient. We have visited this restaurant several times and will continue to do so

Very pleasant evening. Good food, friendly staff and house red wine was good. There was music fro. 8.30 pm. The singers were very good and played a wide variety of songs. we were able to have a dance if we so wished. Would strongly recommend. The only downside was that there is no specific gluten free menu but the staff tried to accommodate my friend with her dietary needs but the food was limited for her, although what she has was very nice. Would recommend the restaurant to everyone.

Good selection to choose from, great tasting food, fantastic value for money and friendly service! Our friends were also very impressed and have already planned to introduce the restaurant to other friends .

Tasty food, I had the seafood risotto. But the bill included a glass of white wine that we didn't have and the owner persisted in calling us 'darling' which, in this day and age, is unacceptable. Italians, eh?

Food was nice ! Very noisy therefore difficult to talk ! The tables are very close together , we were by the door and it was very drafty!

Went there on Friday night, the food itself wasn't bad. More suitable for people over 55. The staff could be more attentive. We didn't really get any thank you when leaving or paying the bill, which I find quite rude as we didn't leave there only £20. We won't return so soon, would rather spend our money somewhere else.

Great food and friendly staff. A relaxing family Italian restaurant with lots of charm. Live music also helped to add to the atmosphere. Wine also helped the mood.

This restaurant is a little gem. Cannot believe I have not been here before. Lively atmosphere, great food and cheesy music to dance to. We all had a perfect night and will definitely return for more!

Generally the food is good although service could be improved . The manager and waiters are polite but a bit brusque. Th atmosphere is genuinely Italian and the prices are reasonable

Such a lovely place. This restaurant has a great atmosphere - clean and well-kept; relaxed and welcoming. Beautiful food - we all had great things from the set menu: really nicely cooked and tasty. Staff are friendly and attentive without over-doing it. A thoroughly enjoyable Sunday lunch. Couldn't have wished for a better experience for a birthday celebration.

Very disappointing compared to past experiences. We were seated in a corner and felt like we were forgotten about. A couple were sat next to us 20 minutes after we sat down and they were enjoying their starters before we even got our drinks. It took 30 minutes for our drinks order to be taken and another 30 minutes to order our food. We were in the restaurant 3 hours for a 2 course meal....ridiculous! I asked for my lamb cutlets to be well done as I am pregnant and they came out bloody! I sent them back and explained again I cannot eat bloody/pink meat. When they came out again 2 out of the 4 were still pink. My husband had to go to the bar to order another drink as were getting no attention. This has really put me and my fellow diners off of ever returning unfortunately.

Friendly service. Excellent value set menu with good choice of classic Italian dishes served with a delicious selection of fresh vegetables. Wine list has good choice and good prices. Would recommend.

Very pleasant Italian restaurant . Friendly helpful waiters . The menu is varied and should accommodate all tastes. I liked the fact that the food was servered hot and on warm plates . We will return again soon

Food delicious and staff attentive as always. It is my italian of choice in Sutton. It was very quiet but that was to be expected on a Tuesday but that was good. Friday and Saturday are very busy but the atmosphere and service is still great.

Quite pleasant, good service, maybe could do with more varied mains meat courses and also an option of cold meats starter. Overall an enjoyable meal

Very nice restaurent and the food was excellent ,The first order of the food was wrong and maybe due to language but was quickly remedied so no problem

It must have been nice because we stayed for 3 hours. Meal was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Will probably go back on another occasion.

The Staff were light hearted and had a sense of humour, the style is abut dated but the food was very nice and overall a good place to go.

Everything was fine apart from the live music. It was too loud and in my opinion totally unnecessary. It certainly did not bring in the crowds - for a Friday night the restaurant was bordering on nhalf empty.
