Imperial Cantonese Restaurant

Had a lovely birthday meal with friends. The staff were friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We very much appreciated the birthday cake they presented us with and they took a photo of all 10 of us and printed out for us. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Very pleasant staff, very tasty food we had a set menu for two, it was more than enough. Great atmosphere in the restaurant.

restaurant freezing cold. had to sit with our coats on to eat. we told the staff who said the heating was on. several minutes later the waitress brought and electric heater and put it under the table. warm legs but unfortunately the rest of us cold!!

This was a birthday celebration- we even got a photo taken and given to the birthday boy - thank you for a great evening

Booked for a party of six 22.3.19 we were made to feel welcome from the onset . Food was excellent and when one of the girls realised we were celebrating two birthdays out came a cake Then to top the night our picture was taken and given to us in a beautiful printed card . Both cake and photograph was free and a very welcome gesture to end our lovely evening. Thank you so much everyone at the Imperial.😍😍😍💕💕

It was a lovely restaurant. Lovely food and very friendly staff. They was welcoming and sat you at the table right away. The restaurant was lovely and clean.

Lovely food friendly service enjoyed it thoroughly was a very enjoyable experience as I have never been before to dine there only had takeout will definitely be going again

Made our reservation for 6 people and the day before our booking we needed to increase to 8 people. No problem. Two of our party were young children. The staff were patient with them and even put a HAPPY BIRTHDAY banner up for the one with upcoming birthday. All the meals were excellent both main course and dissent. Could not have been better. Service with a smile.

Warm welcome. Speedy service, all with a smile and pleasant attitude. Provided helpful advice for menu. Food was excellent as was the alcoholic coffee after the meal!

The staff weren’t very attentive and the food not as nice as other restaurants, quite bland and tasteless. We didn’t get offered any drinks and service was very slow.

Although the lady serving was polite , I felt she wasn't enjoying her role. The food portions felt small and the evening felt rushed somehow. The dessert menu was poor but what was ordered (chocolate pud) was very well presented

We have used Imperial for many years. I had seen a write up saying staff fab food not so good. Staff are excellent. Food hot cooked well and nicely presented. I went with daughter me in a wheelchair. We met some family members by chance and a table quickly arranged for us. Well done 😊 10 out of 10
