First visit to Jack O'Bryans and it won't be the last. Lovely surroundings and delicious food- we thoroughly enjoyed the lunchtime tasting menu.

Amazing food and service as always. I had the Iberian black pig char Sui to start and halibut and king prawn for main. Simply the best! Round the world cocktail with toasted marshmallow and cherry old fashioned was the best ever!

As always, we had a fantastic meal here. We started with cocktails, the cucumber cooler is very refreshing and light. My husband had the soft shell crab and the beetroot layers underneath just added more flavour to the dish. I had the salmon and crab, a bit underwhelming as the salmon was all I could taste. We both had the Iberian pig, BBQ and traditional style. First time I’d had this dish as I’m not a fan of pink meat but it was delicious. Accompanied with a Portuguese red which was so Smooth. To finish the meal we shared sticky toffee pudding, which was the best STP I’ve ever had. The different textures and flavours….. why have I never had room for this before??? The staff are absolutely fantastic, helpful and so attentive. The lady owner, sorry I can’t remember your name 🤦‍♀️, is so friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and wine. Just love this restaurant and highly recommend it. 10/10 every time.

Food was out of this world, absolutely delicious. Steak perfectly cooked and wonderful flavours. Squid slightly overcooked but still delicious. Service was average, but difficult to catch and keep servers attention.

We had the £18 midweek lunch and it was excellent. Both the taco options are just delicious, the lamb was stunning, there was a mountain of smoked salmon with enough dressed crab to compliment it. Tempura brocoli was a fabulous twist on the humble veg and the beetroot humus was very tasty. Really cannot fault anything either from the kitchen to the friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Give them a go, you will not be disappointed.

First class, as always. The food is spectacularly good and the service perfect. The wine list is small but there are a couple of gems on there. The atmosphere was warm, informal and relaxed. It was our anniversary and we couldn't think of a better place to celebrate it.

Best restaurant in town. Fabulous food, well presented with thoughtfully put together ingredients an flavours. Excellent wine list at fair prices. Makes for a really special dining experience. Staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Gets my vote every time.

Arrived and was shown to table quickly offered to take our jackets was given time to study the menu order taker explained what the special was ordered our food which arrived in a timely manner and was enjoyed Staff nice and curtious will be back

Restaurant had lovely decor and an interesting and varied menu. Food beautifully presented although every dish we had was incredibly sweet, too much even for my sweet tooth. Biggest disappointment however was the service. Nobody smiled. Nobody spoke to us pleasantly or asked us how we enjoyed our food. A restaurant of this calibre should be much better on this front

Food was delicious, I had duck liver pâté, roast venison, chips, scallops. Everything was really well prepared and presented.

The quality of food, the service and the value for money was exceptional! It won't be long before we return for another visit.
