This bold Indian restaurant in Lancaster city centre proclaims itself the ‘king of curry,’ and it’s hard to argue with them after you get a taste of what they’re pumping out from Parliament Street. Maybe Kashish was destined to lead the way in Lancaster’s Indian food scene, as the former inhabitants of its building (the historic 19th-century Lancaster Parliament Buildings) led the people. Okay, enough elaborate waffling and back to the bare bones of it – you will simply struggle to find better value quality Indian food in Lancaster. The chefs at Kashish seem more than happy to adapt dishes to varying styles and tastes, so whether you want something to burn your tongue off or set off the sweet sensors you’ll be able to find it on Kashish’s incredibly long and intricate menu. If you can’t decide what to eat, we recommend the excellent 3-course early dinner menu for a good introduction.
It was a very good experience. The food and service were excellent and the environment was very nice. I do recommend this restaurant. I will be visiting it regularly.
Lovely food great service made it a very enjoyable birthday experience. It was cash only so some people might need to be aware of this.
Food was amazing, service was great. Couldn't have asked for a better meal out. Will definitely go again and recommend to every one I know.
