Had a bit of a wait as they forgot to send our order to the kitchen .. but when the food arrived it was worth the wait

Nice food but nothing special , disappointing starter with the octopus carpaccio very tiny amount of octopus and the kassap king plate was okay, needed seasoning and some meats were dry. Nice place and nice staff but wouldn’t return for the food it was bland and average

Food was good , all dishes fine, steaks very good and chips excellent. Service however was very ordinary, very slow to take a drinks order then really slow to bring drinks then forgot water and we had to remind them. Forgot sauces with steaks had to remind them. Shame, lots of staff very friendly and polite. But total lack of focus on simple things. Nice atmosphere, nice room but would not recommend plenty of competition in Liverpool that do it better. Could so easily be a hit but a Miss for us.

First time visiting, will not be the last! Lovely atmosphere and chilled vibes! Hands down the best Steak I’ve had! Must visit for anyone into their meat!

Food came too quickly, my husband was still eating his starter when mains where put on the table without starter dishes being removed. We ordered three fillets and on sirloin, it looked like one fillet and three sirloin s arrived when we asked waiter if they where fillets he didn’t know what the cut of meat was , food was cold , such a shame , rushed out we like to spend a couple of hours over a meal had , breads , starters and main all with in 1 hour , we would of stayed and spent more money over dessert and drinks coffees, but felt experience was not enjoyable at all, bill came to £165 for one hour 1 bottle of wine 1 small beer , no not again for me such a disappointment.

It was great we had lunch deal everything was very very good and fresh service was also very good I would definitely go there again and I would like to try the other dishes

Fantastic!! Fresh, tasty, perfect portion size!! Couldnt fault food service or price!,,, excellent!! Well done kassap! We will be back! So impressed booked mums 80th birthday meal here! Cant wait! Xxx
