got a warning before we even came in because we were “too drunk”, got sat down and then no one came over to serve us for like 45/90 mins and then it was impossible to get served after that, friend slipped down the stairs and really hurt her wrist spoke to a member of staff and no help was given, one member of the party went out for a cigarette and told she was too drunk to get back in when all of us were still inside; she eventually got back in so then we decided to all leave. disappointed as we usually have a good time when here :(

Staff were excellent, just a shame due to government rules there’s no music.
