We use go here a lot, it is Always a very good meal and all the staff very friendly, the food is always a excellent standard.

Main meal was lovely, the waiting staff was lovely, but music was way too loud and the waiting times were quite long. Would go again for the food but with it being a quiet bight we shouldnt have had to wait that long.

Had a great 40th birthday party the staff and management counldnt do enough would recommend this place 100% will be going again to one of they entertainment night on1st comedy night

Great service, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Quite to start when we arrived but as the night progressed the place just got busier but the staff still gave you their utmost attention. Well worth a visit, we will go back.

Always enjoyed the food served at Kenanks. The staff are polite and attentive. A good atmosphere. The only spoiler for me was the noise of other patrons celebrating a birthday. The sound seems to bounce around the place making it difficult for conversation without shouting. A great night as usual.

Great American Diner style cuisine - big servings of great food served by staff who could not be more helpful. Will be back for more!

First time visit to here. Good points food excellent. Plays live sports. Not so good points need to speed up on service we had to keep asking to order more drinks and desert etc. The tables and chairs could do with changing we found the chairs very wobbly. Overall staff helpful and friendly and good home cooked food. Would return

Really good good, menu a little uninspiring but quality good. Was a little rowdy on our visit but it was school holidays so a lot of kids present.

Great place, friendly & amazzzZing burgers. Nice clean place with entertainment on, on arranged nights. Will definitely be going back - great for all the family young & old.

The Food wasn't what I was expecting and the service from one of the staff wasn't very professional from a restaurant where you expect better.

Food was really good. Very hot and well presented. Had quite a long wait before we were served and they didnt have my online reservation when we arrived. When we had our meal we were asked to pay near enough straight away so felt like we had to go home. Cant fault food at all though.

Excellent food, great service. The ice cold Heinekin is amazing! We went there with some corporate guests and they really enjoyed it. Comes highly recommended.

When we arrived we were shown a small table for two squeezed in between a wall and a large table of men where it would be impossible to have a decent conversation and almost no room to move. We declined the table and was then offered a table by the window which was acceptable. We ordered drinks and the waitress brought the wrong lager but we said it was ok. Two minutes later another round of drinks which we hadn't ordered arrived. Food was good. A long wait between starter and mains. Kids running around all over the place and very noisy which put us off a bit but it is a family restaurant! Its is what it is. A burger restaurant which serves good burgers.

Lovely Sunday lunch, meal nice and hot. Children's meal free which was a bonus. Burger was delicious. Good selection of meals, attentive staff as well

Service was quick and helpful, food was reasonably quick without being worryingly so and tasted great. Prices are about right. Little games room for small and big kids alike. Highly recommend for families.

To say it was Valentine's Day the service was quick and the staff were lovely. Great meal. There was a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent hangover food as per usual, not much better burgers anywhere locally and the beer is always ice cold so hair of the dog goe down a treat

Food was good, served promptly. My daughter had a big daddy burger which she said was very good- great bread bun and burger but the pulled pork was a little dry for her liking. My king prawn linguine was good( maybe could have done with a few more prawns) but overall would return. Great place for families as there was a games room at the rear to keep the kids entertained without it being overwhelmingly a kids place. Nice decor and good venue for casual eating.

Very little atmosphere, waitress got the order wrong, Rose wine poor but the food was really good. A really good menu, lots of choice. Maybe go back again.

Singer was too loud, couldn't talk while we were there. Singer also was not very good. Relievedo salad on my burger when I asked for no salad. Won't be going again also was rather expensive for quality of food and drink.

First time here, have to say we will be returning, the Food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was great, live entertainment with it being Christmas, cannot fault it and everything was reasonably priced.

First time I've been disappointed with the food.our party had 10 people in it and 3 of them were unhappy.1 had half their wrap with the wrong filling and the other two had burnt chicken.

Food was good, wings and burgers both tasty. Atmosphere not so. More of a social club vibe than an eating place, Struggled to hear what was being said across the table and by the waitress

Despite having a booking (luckily printed out confirmation) the reservation had not been recorded in the restaurant and I got the impression that they often weren't. There doesn't seem much point making a booking if they do nothing about it. Having said that the staff there were very helpful and quickly found us a table. Service was efficient and the food was nice.

The food was good but the restaurant is in need of a makeover. Shame considering its not been open long. Also the only good lager they had on (Moretti) wasn't available.

Excellent customer service as always. We came as a party of six and ordered a variety of dishes from salad to wraps and burgers. The food was delicious. Would defiantly come back.

Booking a table online was both easy and felt modern. Upon our arrival, they took us to our table and took our drinks orders. We received our drinks quickly, and they returned several minutes later to take our food order. The restaurant is very nice, granted the outside is a little dated and plain, but inside it is terrific. The food was incredible, the starter of wings was delicious, and the big ken burger was to die for. Everything was reasonably priced and the quality was very high. The staff were also great, made it a really pleasant evening. Honestly, i would come here on a weekly basis if I could.

Wasn't happy with the quality of the food could have been better
