a much welcome and needed addition to the Suffolk restaurant scene. A relaxed atmosphere, great for food and people watching. Efficient, friendly and professional service. The singer circulating the tables in a relaxed manner was a classy touch also. Bravo and keep going!

A lovely restaurant with great food and a nice ambience

Food really good. Service really poor, had to ask 3 times to place my food order as too busy and tried to add 10% service charge. The birthday music that seemed to go off every 15mins was so overpowering you couldn’t hear yourself think. Won’t be returning because of this.

First time if visiting the Kervan Kitchen, friendly staff and prompt service. Food was good, with very big portions. Overall very good and I would go again.

Food and service was amazing as we celebrated my best friends 40th birthday but unfortunately someone took her birthday flowers which was very disappointing. I know it's not restaurants fault just a shame people aren't honest these days.

Waited a long time for our food order to be taken. Would have ordered more drinks but no one asked. Took ages to get our bill. Food and atmosphere were amazing though. Would definitely go back!

I think it was a great welcome by staff at the door and quick response to take our orders although they did get my order incorrect with one main meal. Quickly remedied but after the meal no one asked us about dessert and we eventually asked for the bill and did not bother with dessert. So my second time there after a great first experience and now disappointed sadly with service levels this time.
