From the welcome at the door, to our departure we were treated like we were the most special customers on the planet. The decor is absolutely stunning!! You would NEVER know what this establishment used to look like if you hadn't seen it because it could not be further from it. The colours are so well put together!! The waitstaff were unbelievably attentive and so very proud to explain not only the dishes but history of the restaurant owners and cultural elements of the food. I was invited to take a look around and was shown the separate VIP area, the main restaurant floor and the fantastic bar area; each section as beautiful as the last. I must not forget to mention the food of course which was divine!!! We had a starter for two and a mixed grill and lamb shish between us, as well as a side of bread with amazing dipping sauces and all of it was delicious. Our experience was fantastic in its entirety, every member of staff was a delight, food so tasty, ambience relaxed but classy and ee cannot wait to go back!!

What a fantastic place Ipswich now has. Exceptional food, attentive service, a great dining room and Kervan Kitchen thoroughly deserves all success coming it’s way. Enjoyed the Mixed Grill immensely, portions can’t be sniffed at and took mine home for lunch today. Lamb Shish perfectly pink, succulent and the Adana kebab tasty and plenty of it. Chicken Shish was superb, all complimented with warm, fresh Turkish bread and a chilli sauce that punches. 10/10

Very good service friendly and attractive waiting staff polite and a pleasure to talk to them who were always helpful with our queries. Good was delicious and plentiful. Very aromatic and the blend of spices and marinade were very authentic. Looking forward to trying other dishes. The deco is bright inviting and very appealing. Feels very opulent yet had a very cosy and personal touch. Enjoyed the experience very much. Have booked a table for 8 on 11th Oct at 5 pm... So am looking forward to the experience again as I've told my friends what a fabulous place or is. Many thanks RENUKA

Couple of issues on the menu. Hot appetiser platter has an item that is not available as an individual hot appetiser (Sigara Borek). Kervan Special has a bold title “Mixed Cold Appetiser” and then lists hot foods. Confusing ! It’s a shame they do not have a car registration option when you walk in. Would be nice not to have to pay for parking when you are eating Food, service and interior were excellent.

Lunchtime menu is excellent value for money. The food was generously portioned and, more importantly, delicious. Waiting staff were attentive. The decor in the dining area is impressive. The banquette seating is very plush and comfortable. Overall a great dining experience.
