A meal at Khana is best started with a couple of the restaurant’s appetisers like the chilli paneer, vegetarian samosas, lamb chops or the Khana fish, a special East African freshwater fish speciality. One of the restaurant’s signature dishes is their Punjabi chicken which utilises twelve different spices to create a flavour profile that’s one of a kind. Their vegetarian dishes are also worth a special mention, featuring favourites like the tarka dal, the kofta curry, Karahi corn and mushroom bhaji. Always busy, the folks at Khana suggest making a reservation before stopping by.
Nice place with friendly staff. The food is traditional Indian as well as some alternatives. I had the Afghan curry which was great. All at a reasonable price.
