I love the kismet. I have had curries elsewhere of course, but always look forward to going back to the kismet. Best Indian food in Tyneside.

Nice time good service food ok think we cought them on a bad night. I have been loads of times and food has always been excellent

We have been loyal customers in the past however the food was not up to the usual standard and the restaurant was really cold. A very disappointing visit.

Have eaten at this restaurant many times and always found the food to be excellent. This time it was a different experience. The food was just ok, very disappointing. The service good, however the main problem was that the restaurant was so cold it was uncomfortable. We asked why and were told they were having problems with their air conditioning and waiting for refurbishment of the restaurant n the new year. We have been loyal customers but after this experience we won’t return.

Beautiful food as always staff are fantastic and always make sure you are happy with their food the best place around in my eyes just love it

The kismet has the best curry the best vegetable rices and the best nan bread it may not have fancy paint and fittings the staff are so good nothing is a problem looking after us and they no every thing about the food that they served 10out of 10 for food and staff well. Beautiful food and the staff are really good to beat Indian food around I will defo be returning In the very near future and telling all my friends about this place

This restaurant closed for business in 2016. It would be a good idea if you removed them from your business so that people do not find themselves travelling a considerable distance for no reason

Enjoyed my evening at this lovely little traditional Indian restaurant. Very good service and delicious food. I would recommend the Thali which is a selection of dished (think Indian tapas).

Excellent as always. Good service, very fair price and enjoyable food. Really good choice on the Thursday night special menu, which is excellent value for money.

Best curry we have had in a long time nan bread onion barges very good staff had lots of time to tell us about the food very informative new just about everything on menu and prity god prices thanks for a great nite bill&sue
