We had already booked and were seated by the window which was very drafty, we had our coats on the entire meal. Toilets were freezing. Fries came out first and were also cold, they were so crispy and hard half of them were inedible. The fishcakes came and it was just one fishcake so not as described. The chicken thighs and tortilla were tasteless. The concept is great and this is third time we've been, but unfortunately each time our experience has worsened and after last night i doubt we'll be back. It's a real shame but it's just way short of the mark in terms of flavour and authenticity, and put the heating on!

Expensive but food we picked was nice. However could have done with bigger gap before bringing more dishes as food just went cold. Tapas is usually brought out with gaps in between dishes. Also 1 waitress was trying to take them away without us finishing them! Good tapas but had better.

Waiting staff mis-heard drink requests twice due to noise levels

The best tapas for miles around - lots of favourites and regular menu changes and introductions. Lovely, friendly, attentive staff. Great cocktails Quiet through the week - but busy on the weekends. Would highly recommend

The bar staff and waiting staff were superb. The food was excellent, until we questioned the ‘parfait’ dessert and quiet how frozen it was and then listened to the chef bitching about us from the kitchen for about 5 minutes - totally unprofessional and an unfair reflection on the other staff who were lovely. The chef completely let the whole restaurant down

The food was delicious as always however for the first time the service was very slow! We’ve been quite a few times and always had great food and service but unfortunately not on this visit!!😞
