Great food, love the decor - service was a little slow (considering how quiet it was at lunchtime) but friendly. Really delicious tapas - have been before and will definitely go again.
Very good good. Friendly staff, all the fish dishes where excellent. Good voice of wines and they sell by the cariff as were as glass and bottle.
Lovely time, as usual, at La Fabrica. great food and service and wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed leisurely tapas and supped the house wine, which is great value and goes down very well with the tapas selection.
We enjoyed the informal atmosphere , the service was very good and the food well presented and authentically Spanish. It is also good value for money
This the 5 th time I have dined at the Fabrica as good as them very first time One of my favourite tapas restaurants in London
Delicious tapas and a great wine list - don't be afraid to ask for direction, some of the lesser known Spanish grapes are worth seeking out! Friendly and fun staff. Also, each dish on the menu is extensively labeled with possible allergens (gluten, lactose, etc) which makes ordering very simple for anyone with dietary requirements.
The food is amazing, we ate 90% fish and each dish was perfect! The staff are always friendly - especitly the red headed beared guy! good selection of wine and sangria is amazing! It deserves nothing but respect!
A little worried when we walked past and there was nobody in there but it was only 5pm on a Saturday. We needn't have worried though as it soon filled up with people waiting for tables and being turned away. Food was superb, a few different tapas dishes we had never tried and certainly did not disappoint. The beetroot salad was lovely, a real inspiration and so tasty. The lamb chops were melt in the mouth. No complaints about any of it. Yes the wine was a little pricey but again not your normal run of the mill wines and definitely worth the price. Staff were attentive but not pushy and were always looking to make sure that you had what you needed, were very quick to respond to any requests. All in all a lovely place that we will be returning to.
Great good will definately go back, friendly staff ,I will return. Only downside was the room temp was a bit cold. The ice cream was a delight
Buzzy place, friendly staff, interesting and tasty food. I'm in my 60s so not really a place for me.. But definitely recommended for younger people who want a good night's dining and fun.
Great food, great atmosphere, great wines, overall a great experience! The only downside is the slow service, but they're so friendly you won't really mind, just take your time!
They get everything bang on at this place Beautiful food, great wine, lovely service, good atmosphere. Perfect. Great value too. Unpretentious but really top quality, clever tapas. A nice mix of classics and interesting dishes i'd never tried before.
Very good quality tapas, nice atmosphere, really friendly service. Only complaint - nice idea to have a gin list, but making them all 11 quid a pop is a bit on the steep side. Will be back though!
the food was amazing and came really quickly. We'll be back !
This was our fourth time at La Fabrica, and as usual we loved it! We were a group of 5 people, including two mums who were taken out for Mother's Day, and from the efficient and friendly staff to the delicious food, served quickly, everything was perfect. The dishes at La Fabrica are tasty, varied, nicely presented, and always served with a smile. The wine was reasonably priced, and the atmosphere - always buzzy but never too loud or annoying - was adding to the overall positive experience.
Second time and even better than the first....Just loved the food, fave was the grilled octopus....we also enjoyed the boar cheeks and the beetroot salad....I can't wait to go back....
Love this place: the staff are fantastic and efficient, the atmosphere is always relaxing and vibrant and the food is spot on. When we want a taste of authentic Spain without the Easyjet, we come here.
Great food, fantastic service, definitely will come again. Very tasty original Spanish food! Gambas and fabada were delicious, great range of wines and tasty (even if standard) cocktails
Went for Sunday lunch. Lovely food, good service and great atmosphere. They helped us order a selection of delicious tapas. Would definitely go back again.
Fantastic food. Only bad thing was that the restaurant was very cold when we arrived - it warmed up when the restaurant filled up though.
Excellent food and excellent service! Quick food and some of the best tapas outside Spain. Will definitely be going there. Friendly staff and great location.
Bloody excellent!!!! Always bloody good this place! Makes a nice change from the cr@p places in london sering awful crap like they have in the chain restaurants!!
The food was very good, packed with lots of flavour, and pretty good value compared to other tapas bars. The wine list, however, is bit on the pricey side, with very little below 25 quid. The restaurant was busy on a Friday night and the staff did appear a bit overwhelmed at times. They were friendly, though, even if not totally attentive. Don't miss the prawns with garlic.
Great food (patatas aioli, ewes cheese, meatballs, bread, gambas) Service and wine (Urbina Rioja 2008) Would highly recommend this place, and as we live nearby we'll certainly be back. Cheers,
Love La Fabrica great food and service good, shame it is so cold sitting close to the door but we managed to move table to get better atmosphere and much warmer !
Great relaxed atmosphere. Attentive service without being overbearing. Excellent tapas selection and all very good quality. Highly recommend icecream too which is made in crouch end and utterly delicious. Top marks all round!
Good food, lovely warm staff, Fun! fino, Chicken livers, Shoulder of lamb, Anchovies, Pimiento del Padrone, Fried aubergine, Crema Catalana, All lovely.... Would come again....
Another great evening at La Fabrica in Stroud Green. Wonderful variety of foods (including excellent vegetarian options - very unusual for a Spanish tapas restaurant), delicious braised lamb, octopus, fresh asparagus, beetroot salad etc. Staff were incredibly relaxed and accommodating and the restaurant was packed as usual. We shall be back again soon!
We had a fantastic first time here. It was a very pleasant, ambient environment, and the food absolutely outstanding. We will definitely be back very soon!
Don't be put off by the painfully hip pseudo-post-industrial decor. The food is amazing and the service is pretty good with well informed and friendly staff, although occasionally its hard to drag the waiting staff away from their conversation among themselves at the bar. We love this place though. Best Tapas in north London. Try the chicken livers!
Amazing tapas. Best experience ever, and very reasonably priced to boot. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The service and ambience was great too
Amazing food, nice place and friendly staff! Strongly recommend for a night it with friends. Book in advance cause the place it's not huge and always full, but that's a good sign
Great food and good service, menu remains unchanged for some time but there's plenty to choose from so will keep going back, highly recommend a visit
La fabrica was good, not great. We thought the wine was a tad overpriced and the food was good but lacked some seasoning. Some dishes were really good but most were not completely worth the hype. But a good night out with friends overall.
Third time at La Fabrica - excellent menu, food immaculately prepared, presented and so very delicious, Couldn't recommend highly enough. Restaurant itself has a wonderful atmosphere and service is friendly and helpful. Some of the best and most reasonably priced tapas you can get in North London.
lovely atmosphere, spectacular food & wonderful staff. a true gem in finsbury park. Must try: squid ink rice, boar cheeks and any of their biodynamic wines.
Great food and fun ambience. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate a food allergy. We went on Valentines Day and were very happy that they did not force us to order from an expensive set menu.
A fantastic place to visit at anytime been their 6 times so far and loved it every time ! Still don't understand why restaurants still charge for bread and every olive they bring .
Fantastic tapas, classics with a modern twist as well as their own delicious signature dishes. Friendly service and cool decor - will definitely return! I'd recommend the garlic prawns, wild boar cheek and seared tuna
Great restaurant and a lovely ambiance. Food very tasty but service wasn't up to scratch, one or two dishes left out. Best dish was the monkfish on other occasions but the cheft just changed the recipe and it was disappointing.
Nice atmosphere and nice staff... great birthday celebration! Because of my birthday they also brought me a free cake piece which was very lovely of them. thanks guys
A brilliant dining experience overall. Such attentive members of staff and the food was to die for. Particularly loved the fried aubergines and the ham croquettes.
INDIFFERENT SERVICE, OVER PRICED, MINISCULE PORTIONS, MICROWAVED CALAMARI, REALLY POOR. SUBSTANDARD COMPARED TO PREVIOUS VISITS. UNLIKELY TO GO AGAIN UNLESS IT RETURNS TO HOW IT WAS WHEN IT FIRST OPENED.
Loved the way the food flowed- 4 of us ordered 10 dishes,a.d they appeared on our table in 3 stages- all were beautiful, but also they were grouped with the right accomplishments. Not cheap, but definitely good value
Excellent meal. Very good service. We will certainly be eating there again and would recommend it to friends. We look forward to trying the paella next time we go.
As ever the food was delicious and the service friendly and attentive. The perfect venue for a relaxed meal with friends, reasonably priced too. The proof really is in the fact that I am a repeat customer! Love it.
Fantastic food, great wine and good atmosphere. Only criticism was the service was a bit languid, so don't expect to get your needs seen to in too much of a hurry.
Amazing food and great wine list! A bit under seasoned just ask for the salt mill! Also great Spanish deserts- staff lovely and friendly and great knowledge of their wines!
Food was average. Service lacking and we waited a very long time to order and to pay. Not impressed. Wine list complex and nobody keen to help. Disappointing.
