Authentic Spanish cuisine accompanied by lovely service even when busy. We had the grilled octopus, peppers, the slow cooked lamb and the grilled prawns - each dish was delicious and seasoned beautifully - I can still taste the smoked paprika on the prawns - highly recommended

Fantastic food with great service. The staff were very knowledgeable about the food and wine. We ordered a great variety of tapas, all of which wee delicious.

Great food, very high quality tapas. Had a delicious cheese selection and good jamon iberico. Nice atmosphere. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. Will go back.

Excellent food, drinks and service. Everything we ordered was great - salt cod special was especially tasty. Very busy, so reservation recommended. Lovely decor and atmosphere. A great place to unwind after work.

Delicious food which just kept coming: gambas al hijillo are mouth wateringly good; pastas bravas are crisp and spicy; goat's cheese and beetroot salad could be lunch on it's own. An acquaintance claimed the food was bland, I can only assume her taste buds have been destroyed by inferior food taken elsewhere!

Fantastic food!! Great staff and atmosphere . we had the mixed plate of cheeses & cured meats absolutley delicious , followed by Chicken livers , grilled baby squid , wild boar cheeks, jamon croquettes, fried aubergine with honey, Authentic Spanish food in North London . Great !!!

Excellent Food, Great atmosphere. Unfortunately the service was a let down as we waited too long on several occasions throughout the evening to be served - however saying that the staff are friendly and approachable, just need to be a little more observant.

Really great experience. Waiter was knowledgable. Decor was vibey. Was quite overwhelmed at the choice. Not a bad thing! Would be good if they had a set menu. Deffo going again!

I'm a big fan of La Fabrica. Great food, nice ambience, pleasant service and handy for where I live. It won't be long before I'm there again.

I am so delighted to find a natural wine and tapas bar in North London! David and the team have created a haven of amazing food with a stunning wine list that I am excited to work my way through! On my last visit I particularly enjoyed the Baglio Bianco orange wine from Sicily. I have found my new favourite restaurant!

The food and drinks are delicious - I can't complain about that at all.....however...the service is appalling. It's a shame as it really let's it down. I would go again due to the great food but honestly, having to ask and ask for water, wine, drinks, courses etc...was a bit draining. The staff clearly couldn't be bothered with the second sitting of the evening....I've been twice now and the first time the service wasn't great. The second time, totally pathetic....sorry but sort out the service - you could be amazing!

Always a great experience, very busy, buzzy and friendly. Delicious fresh tapas and reasonably priced wines. I wouldn't go without booking if you want a table, but you could eat at the bar.

Very pleasantly surprised to find a good Spanish restaurant in London. I'm originally from Spain and I struggle to find good Spanish food at reasonable prices. La fabrica offers good dishes, with good quality and friendly staff. Well recommended. I'm definitely going back soon.

Always friendly service with delicious food. Only doesn't get the 6th star because their beetroot salad doesn't really have enough beetroot in it to deserve the name. It's really just a green salad with a small sprinkling of beetroot. Other than that, perfection!!

Delicious food, as always, served by fabulous staff. A great evening. Always buzzing, whichever day of the week you go. A welcome addition to Stroud Green.

The food was very tasty, probably the best tortilla I ever had, excellent selection of cheeses, wines, tapas and cocktails, lovely atmosphere but the service was ridiculously slow, felt like we were forgotten. Apart from this a great place

Great place with good food and brilliant wines as usual. Our favourite haunt in the area. The guys are also really friendly. An absolute must.

The food was fantastic but service let it down as nobody seemed to be responsible for any particular area or tables and it was hard to get the waiters' attention at times. If they improve this it will be a definite 5 stars. Every dish was beautifully presented and freshly made. Seafood carpaccio and the almond tart were stand outs.

It is the fourth time that I go to La Fabrica and I will happily go again. The atmosphere is cosy. The food is authentic, yet creative, and the service is attentive, but not over-powering. Very good!

Not bad but ditch the bread sticks...cheese deserves crackers!! Good vibe, more wine selection please. The staff enjoy working there. Check it out, viva la espana

Very good service, delicious food but small portions especially the calamari. Extremely small portion for the price. I think they should look into this. Good wine selection. Very good atmosphere

Met a friend here a week ago and loved it! Brought my girlfriend back for her birthday this weekend. Great staff, great atmosphere and most importantly the food and drinks are top notch-but without any of the pretentiousness, one can often associate with similar restaurants. Go here! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent time , with great food and attentive staff. The pace of the food being served was perfect, just enough space on the table for everything.

Food was good - nice Spanish tapas, and organic wine. However, for the price we were paying I expected better service, which was pretty slow.

Contemporary venue with excellent tapas very attentive/friendly staff and a buzzy vibe in the very much up and coming Stroud Green road ... A must!

Really enjoyed the variety of food. The menu is vast with a lot of choice. The staff were very helpful. All the food was delicious. We will definitely return.

Food & service was good, only drawback is that the portion size could have been bit more generous. Price is not cheap, portion size is small relative to the price.

Loved it. Delicious, well-priced, well-portioned, good execution of traditional tapas and loads of more inventive options. Really nice wine by the carafe, an attractive space, and efficient, friendly staff. Can't wait to go again!

We came here the day after the Paris attacks - we needed something to cheer us up and this worked. Good choice of tapas - arroz negro a big favourite.

Excellent food and wine with a really lovely atmosphere. Service was a little erratic in particular forgetting half our order. When we reminded them it turned out half the dishes we had ordered had run out. Will give it another try though.

Excellent friendly service, fantastic wine selection, beautifully authentic Spanish food (even if it's not technically tapas). The environment is great- a lovely atmosphere and cool interior.

So pleased this restaurant has opened up near me. Great wine selection - they just need to get in some non-alcoholic beer!!! Some dishes are a bit miss - not classically Spanish but most are great. Arroz negro is delish!

I have been here 6 times now, fantastic tapas and atmosphere. Highly recommend the boar cheek and negronis! Really helpful staff and laid back vibe.

What a lovely local restaurant , staff were friendly and helpful and the food was so delicious. We will definately return in the next few weeks.

Excellent food (especially the seared tuna) and lovely atmosphere. I went with my mum and sister and we were in a bit of a rush, the service was just right, there when you needed them. Will hopefully return soon to try more delicious tapas and be able to spend longer there!

The food was good and not too expensive. Great tapas for decent price are hard to find in London and this is one of the better places I've been.

Lovely authentic Spanish restaurant with traditional and more innovate small plates. An amazing Gin and Tonic menu with matched tonics for the eclectic mix of gins. Wines we sampled were ok though not amazing but there were plenty more on offer. All in all would recommend.

Very good tapas place. The bartender choose a very good wine corresponding to my tastes. The only problem for me is the noise. Don't miss the cheese selection.

It's never disappointing. Gorgeous food and lovely staff. My friend was late and to my surprise, the waiter gave me a complementary bowl of olives and a glass of pink fizz. That was a nice touch.

We enjoyed the food and wine that we ordered and the food came quickly. We felt the service was a little inattentive. Also the tables near the door suffered from a cold draft every time the door was opened.
