The ambience was great, the drinks and food menu were delightful. We had a fun evening and everything that we ordered tasted delicious. I will definitely go back.

Food quality was very high but value for money (portion size) quite low. Even had the sauce for the patatas bravas brought in a separate dish. All slightly pretentious, although as I say the food was good

We had really great food, excellent wine, fine company, service was a bit slow, but maybe on a super hot monday evening is not surprising!

consistently tasty tapas, great wine list with unknown gems at reasonable price, amazing cheese board, friendly service giving helpful advice on quantity of tapas and pairing of wine - would definitely recommend .

Delicious food, arrived quickly. Young and good staff. I give 4 just because when we asked the bill they gave us a wrong one, we realised that once paid and they gave us the right one, saying that we owed them 4 pounds more. I found this quite rude, even if due. Of course we paid but I think they should have been more professional in some way.

Lovely clean space with character and easy to get to from Finsbury Park tube. Lots of buses too. The staff were very welcoming and attentive without being over the top and accommadating. The starters we had were small but very tasty. Look forward to attending another time and enjoying the wine too.

Very good food and friendly service which was given with a smile and helpful. The only downside was the cheese as a course which for four people was £3.50 per person for thin slices of cheese and bits of grape and at £14 utterly ludicrous. Do not order it as it will distort your bill and leave you feeling short changed which is a shame.

The staff are excellent and enthusiastic. They also give superb wine recommendations. The sherry list has many earthy gems. The food has been great since opening, although it is starting to get a little mechanical, and has lost its original sense of excitement. It is still a reliable place, however, and much better than many. Great for an enjoyable evening in a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere, with excellent wines and more than decent food.

Four of us had a delicious meal at La Fabrica. I would highly recommend the tuna loin, the fried calamari and the amazing honeyed fried aubergines. It is quite pricey, came to £34 a head for about 10 dishes and a bottle of wine. Service was friendly and food came quickly which was what we wanted as we went for pre-theatre dinner.

Very tasty and non conventional tapas. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. Wine selection is also very interesting. I look forward to visiting again!

First visit for quick bite and drink after play at nearby Park Theatre and will return for a longer and more leisurely meal. There's a really imaginative range of tapas on the menu, with daily specials - all that we tasted were delicious. The wine list is equally interesting though could do with more by the glass, particularly Spanish. The only criticism, and a very minor one, is that the service, while very friendly, is a little slow and disorganised.

A true gem of a restaurant. The food was reasonably priced and plentiful. Great to order many plates and share. There was four of us and we ordered about 10 plates and this was plenty. The wine list is exceptional. Will be returning for sure

All the staff were happy to help and seemed to enjoy their job. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back to try some more of their vast menu.

Excellent food, service and wine! The atmosphere is vibrant and they do a great g&t. Squid ink risotto is a must! The sommelier has some great suggestions.

Great good but expensive wine list (not even a cheap-ish Spanish wine by the glass, I thought this was a Spanish restaurant) and desserts which are overpriced.

La Fabrica, has wonderful food every time we go and a lovely environment. It was a little spoiled by an alarm going off repeatedly but that won't put us off returning. A Finsbury Park gem

Excellent service, best tapas in London - in terms of authenticity, taste, variety, and delicious-ness! Would recommend the special dishes too! Gin and tonic a preferred drink.

It was a lovely meal however the lighting at the back of the restaurant was not as nice as the front of the restaurant. Overall great meal and service, would highly recommend!

Really buzzy vibe but food was a bit average. We had a range of tapas and the patatas bravas and mixed vegetables were particularly underwhelming. Cheese was great, the rest was less impressive. Helpful staff though and good drinks!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Booking was easy. The staff are friendly and know the menu well giving good advice. The dishes are very different to the usual tapas; light and tasty.

We booked in advance but were seated next to the toilets at the back. The restaurant wasn't full so feel that we could have been better placed.

Nice food and nice atmosphere. Shame the hallway to the loos smelt so much of cigarettes and after only being there for an hour, we were turfed out of our table as they wanted to clean the area. A shame as could have been great.

We ordered olives which should have came with the drinks. Potatoes bravas were served last. Everything was done in adhoc. Food itself when served was good but general service was poor and portions extremely small (even when taking in mind that it was tapas).

Food superb - authentic, elegant & very very tasty. Atmosphere fabulous. Perfect place for girls catch up. Service a little slow & did forget one of dishes but that's ok as we weren't in any rush.

Keen to try again. The dishes were tasty. Unusual to find a Spanish restaurant with a separate cheese menu for tapas. The wine list is on the pricy side, but haven't had the chance to decide whether they are worth the price.

One of my very favourite restaurants. Lovely meal as ever. Excellent quality produce expertly blended with great flavour combinations. The beef with pineapple and mint is always a winner.

Fino, Barrafina, Salt Yard....I've visited them all and can honestly say that La Fabrica is comfortably in the same league. Fabrica's wine list is especially worthy of praise, featuring a huge range chosen by someone who really knows their sh"t. I will drink Navazos Niepoort 2014 for £28 and 7 fuentes for £33 all day long. An absolute privilege to have this restaurant in our neighbourhood.

Great atmosphere, lovely food and a fun evening out. We have been here a few times now and it perfect for a casual night out. The espresso martini is the perfect way to finish off the evening!
