La Perla Bath is a beautiful, tunnel-shaped tapas restaurant that we can’t get enough of. It’s a nail-bitingly stylish space on North Parade, not far from Bath Spa train station, and it’s an enjoyable place to sit even before your food has arrived. The tapa available are homemade and go way beyond the norm in terms of what’s often found on a Spanish tapas menu in the UK, so think options like air-dried and smoked beef topped with bitter chocolate and arbequina, then pan-fried goats cheese served with tomato marmalade and black olive dust. As you can likely tell, this is high-end Spanish fare but it’s still very well-priced. For some of the best tapas in Bath, La Perla restaurant is where to be. Reserve your table now.
Really great food, proper portion sizes and a nice choice of Spanish wine, great service in a charming setting. Would definately recommend for both groups or a cosy table for two.
Excellent food and service. All the tapas were delicious and we were served speedily which helped us make it to the theatre in time for our play
Super cute place, great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food! Can’t wait to go back! Floor was a little slippery, but not a reason to give them any less than a 6!!
