Freshly shallow-fried yam covered in our home-made chilli and garlic paste.
Seekh Kebab (2 Pieces)
Minced lamb with our chosen herbs and spices, skewered and grilled on charcoal in a tandoor.
Chicken Biryani
Small pieces of hand-prepared boneless chicken cooked with mild spices, saffron and basmati rice, sprinkled with fresh coriander. Served with a vegetable and lentil side dish.
Methi Chicken
Hand-prepared, boneless diced chicken cooked with fresh fenugreek leaves, garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes and spices. Garnished with chunks of tomatoes and sprinkled with fresh coriander and ginger - if preferred, freshly chopped green chillies
Daal
Traditional assorted lentils cooked in butter and spices. Garnished with fresh ginger, coriander and a sprinkle of our home-made garam masala.

Our internationally renowned Lahore One Kheer. Freshly home-made rice pudding, served cold or warm wit ha sprinkling of finely hand-chopped pistachios.
