The food was delicious as always. Disappointed in the service. There was a noticeable difference in how quick some families were being served and tables cleared. 30 mins after finishing our meal we had to ask for drinks.

We've been here many times over the years but this may be our last time. I really felt last night that things have gone downhill. We ordered the cold and hot mixed mezze between the three of us. The cold mezze was as good as I remember it being but the hot all came out looking very beige, fried and not hugely appetising. The addition of chips is not a welcome addition in my opinion. This isn't very traditional and seems to be there primarily to bulk it out and justify the expense which to me feels overpriced for what it is. It tasted better than it looked but wasn't hugely inspiring. The mains were ok but not great. My main lacked something, the chicken was bland, the yoghurt a bit sour and otherwise not very flavourful. The fried bread was very soggy. Just not up to previous experiences of food here. Desserts, they have no dessert menu currently so it's very limited, one of the desserts is mexican. It was ok but not great. I've definitely had better baklava. My main complaint though was the service was inconsistent, rushed at the beginning then lacking at other times. I don't like that service is automatically added to the bill as I'm not sure it was worth the service charge last night but it forces a really awkward conversation to request it be removed from the bill. The volume of the music was just obnoxious, it's a restaurant not a club and the birthday song must have started and abruptly stopped a dozen times. To go from overly loud music to silence over and over is just annoying. Having been a lot in the past, I was really looking forward to going again but it disappointed and I'd not be rushing back.

We went tonight as a group of 7 to celebrate my daughter’s 15th. Food was beautiful, customer service was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

The guy did the best he could. However it was very busy and we had to wait quite a bit which was a little upsetting considering we had booked a table. All in all it was a nice evening and they coped very well with the busy evening.
