The restaurant has been redecorated recently & its a vast improvement. Even though it was very quiet, there was a good atmosphere. Beware of the size of the starters - they're like main courses. You could end up taking a 'doggy bag' home as we did. The staff were very attentive but not overpowering. They're also very flexible - making dishes slightly hotter than the menu offered. However, the starters & main courses we ordered were well presented, very tasty & satisfying. A very pleasant surprise.

The main food dishes were good. The service left something to be desired. I ordered a glass of merlot wine and am convinced that they palmed me off with a cheap house wine.
