Excellent. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. I had booked a table for 6, but when another member of our family joined us at the last minute, the manager went to fetch another table to add onto ours to give us all more room to spread out. The food was plentiful, freshly cooked, hot and absolutely delicious. Great value for money, will be back again

Very tasty lunch selected from the lunch menu with great friends. Surprised that they shut for lunch at 2pm prompt turning people away at 1.45pm.

Great night food and service from staff was first class, had a very enjoyable night. As the night was valentines theme with set menus well worth the visit.

Its one of our favorite places to go to when eating out with the family. And just like before, food was great, very quick service and friendly staffs.

Food and service were flawless. We had 3 waitresses and all were brilliant. All our chicken and duck dishes were fab and we will be back many more times.

Great place, very bright, clean, staff very helpful, service was a little slow, but they were very busy. Food quality was exceptional. I would recommend a visit.

Fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, fabulous company and great service all made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening had by a party of 16 of us. Best Chinese in Ipswich by far. And they do take away - result!

We had the buffet with a difference. There was a menu where you can pick your starters, as many as you like. The same happens for all courses and you can go back to any course at any time. Great staff and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Booked for 7.30pm on a Wednesday, Dinner for seven people, big round table with revolving centre, great atmosphere food very good and service excellent. Would highly reccomend

Lovely food and great service just needs a little lick of paint and improve the rest room area. The location is not in the best area so be aware of a few drunks walking past to and from the pub scene

Food - Fantastic, tasty, delicious, highly recommend. Service, an absolute disaster... I booked as a surprise Birthday meal, having visited on numerous occasions before, and what an absolute shock. Disappointing. Rude waitress. Lengthy wait for food. Ruined Birthday cake surprise. 17 in my party, most of whom had to rush off due to car parking restrictions as I was told 2 hrs, 12-14, and at 14.40 the cake was yet to be delivered to the table. No, other than my party it was not busy, 5 other customers in total, of whom complained also! The starters took an hr to arrive! Unable to process bill for individuals so that they could leave. Birthday surprise shambles! I would highly recommend the food every time, but the service really was lacking. It may have been a one off having visited often and never happened before, but all 17 guests had negative feedback and I as the organiser felt extremely embarrassed..

Had a lovely time. Food was very good but the price of drinks is way too high. Buying a beer is cheaper than a glass of coke and the Rose was OTT as well.

clean and well presented will use again if one down side the drinks service was sporadic and slow but otherwise an overall great night out

We visited between Christmas and New Year with a group of friends. Delicious food, nice round table, and pleasant staff meant we had a good evening there.

Lovely staff, great food and nice ambience made this a great meal for myself and my wife. We will defiantly return and next time with the family !

The food was good and the staff friendly - but the restaurant was too hot too bright and really noisy it felt more like a lunchtime in a school canteen. Sorry

The food we had was great but it took an hour per course to arrive on the table 1hour from arrival to starters and drinks almost 25 min to arrive then almost an hour between courses too long.

The restaurant really was lovely. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us and we'll be back soon.

Food wasn’t as hot as it should have been and pork dish was very dry, this made the experience a bit disappointing for my birthday

Great food at a reasonable price lots to choose from an extensive menu of over 80 dishs and we we not rushed at all to get us out the door we were in there for 2 hours plus Will go again

Great service and great food. Highly recommended from a date night to a works or friends get together. This was our third time here and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

Where do I start? The wine order was wrong, the staff were all over the place. Pork was so fatty, Portions were tiny. And at the end of the night, I was given someone else’s bill

Favourite Chinese restaurant in Ipswich. Food is always exceptionally good.

Very nice food and good service, however, cold plates were provided for each course which resulted in food losing heat a bit too soon. Not a major issue but one which just took the edge off what was otherwise the enjoyable experience we normally have at this restaurant.

The food was at 5* serve hot, and tasted lovely but what let the resturance down was the service out front, we got in at 8pm and then staff member didn't come until 8:25 to order drinks and then it was other 20mins until they came back to order of starters then we were sat waiting for them to take the old plate away and to order our mains

Not a good visit this time although food was lovely. We were shown to our table and then was swiftly asked to move as it was the wrong table. We were not given prawn crackers as nibbles but we could see other people enjoying theirs. We ordered starters and when they were brought out, the waitress did not appear to know where to take them. She asked two other members of staff where they had to go. Drinks are really expensive.. £5 for a pint of shandy!

I have been here a few times and the staff are always so friendly and very welcoming. Nothing is too much hassle it seems and I will definitely go again.
