About Last Chance Saloon
Located underground in a historic listed building in Nottingham’s Lace Market, walk through the saloon doors and into this Stoney Street joint and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into the set of an old Western movie. Purveyors of bourbon and bacon, the menu features American-style comfort food classics. We recommend tucking into a box of buffalo the vampire slayer wings (spicy chicken wings wrapped in bacon with blue cheese and buffalo sauce) washed down with The River Twixx (a combination of Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve with biscoff, caramel, milk and salt with a chocolate milkshake straw). Last Chance Saloon is the place to go in Nottingham for your fix of bourbon and bacon – just remember to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Really good food. Clearly this is the chefs passion as almthe food I saw looked incredibly. All the meat was juicy and tender and will definitely be back for more burnt ends and to try the ribs!
Great atmosphere, good food and good cocktails. A hidden gem! The food is American style - it's cooked fresh but be warned when it's gone, it's gone so get there early if you want a choice of what's on the menu.
Fantastic cocktails, and a large selection of less known drink! Very friendly staff who all seemed passionate about what they do, creating a relaxed, quaint atmosphere.
Great secluded little restaurant and bar, themed with staff providing great meaty food, whiskey drinks and experience. I'd recommend the loaded fries and an IPA to wash down
Great experience, and the best bar we have been to for food and drinks. The food was cooked perfectly and the prices were amazing. The cocktails were awesome as well, even though partner isn't a whiskey fan she still found some great cocktails that she enjoyed. Definitely the going to visit again and just wish we had found it sooner!
We had a really great time at The Last Chance Saloon. The Bartender was incredibly knowledgeable about whisky and the food was tasty and delivered quickly. Will definitely return!
Attentive knowledgeable staff, great unique drinks, great food. Only annoyance, food in baskets with a paper sheet, i know it's 'authentic' but it's a pain to cut food and you end up with a bunch of soggy torn up paper (if you have any saucy food that you have to cut) other than that a great night, and very reasonably priced, will definiately return!
2nd time coming to last chance saloon and again I had a brilliant night. The range of drinks that you can get is great, being able to taste new things that you wont normally get to try. The staff are friendly and very helpful in choosing a drink that would suit your taste.
Went for "Bacon Bad" on a Thursday and managed to get there in time for happy hour (5-8pm) as well. The happy hour cocktail list has a good variety of whisk(e)y-based drinks. All the ones our group tried were excellent. The "bacon bad" food menu had a wide variety of bacon-using dishes. Some delay in the food coming out at one point in the night, but otherwise everything was good.
Oddly positioned bar and restaurant. Western style saloon bar with quirky interior. Great food even better drinks (if you like bourbon) still nice even if you don't. Knowledgeable bar staff happy to explain any drinks. Lovely evening and will be back soon to go through the range of bourbon and whiskey on the back bar
The last chance is one of those bars that makes me proud to live in Nottingham. It's as good as anything you'd find in the coolest parts of London with really friendly, knowledgeable staff. A great place and a real find.
Great little place, whiskey sours were delicious and smiffys BBQ food was awesome! A great find that I'm sure we will be visiting again. Found it a little odd/different that you had to view the menu on your phone so maybe have a look before you go as well.
Very knowledgeable bar staff and a really nice place that is in keeping with the brand (Whisky and Bacon). We were the only people in there for most of the night (A Sunday evening) and sampled many of the cocktails during the happy hour. I would return.
The staff were excellent, the service was quick and it was a lovely atmosphere. We went for the all you can eat bacon and it was perfect. They have a wide range of exciting dishes and all high quality
Went here prior to Motorpoint Arena which is only a minute away. Great place, unique style and atmosphere, menu and drinks were excellent. Service could have been a little bit quicker but we still made the event we were going to within time.
Bacon night has been really nice. Dishes were nice and different, everyone agreed it has been better than imagined. Whiskeys were good too- it would be nice to have offer on them too as some of them is a bit pricey
Loved the place, atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, good music and great food. Visited on a Thursday evening for the all you can eat bacon experience, varied and tasty menu. Will definitely go again.
Excellent food as always and a great offer on a Thursday with 9.99 all you can eat and £5 cocktails before 8pm. The staff are some of the friendliest in town.
Awesome food (all you can eat on a Thursday is a challenge worth taking) and great drinks. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for whiskey and bacon heaven.
The food was average. The member of staff that was serving us was very pleasant. Fortunately the food was well priced on the whole so at least we didn't feel ripped off. A unique dinning experience but highly unlikely to go again
