About Last Chance Saloon

Last Chance Saloon Nottingham is located underground in a historic listed building in Nottingham’s Lace Market. When you walk through the saloon doors and into this Stoney Street joint you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into the set of an old Western movie. This hidden gem has several awards under its belt now and is home to over 200 world whiskies and an extensive bourbon selection to boot. The cocktail menu is carefully curated and you’ll find both seasonal and classic tipples centered around a minimal waste program – very cool, indeed. The menu is provided by Antojitos: Little Cravings Kitchen and features South American-style street food which match the drinks perfectly. With chef Greg Collins at the helm with over 30 years experience, you know you’ll be in for a treat. Be sure to keep an eye out for the beef heart kebab taco and authentic pickled mackerel ceviche. Fantastic food, excellent cocktails, great service, I will definitely be back soon for more of those tacos. They were a definite high point. Always have a great experience at Last Chance.

Helpful staff, great service and lovely drinks. This is a great bar and I will be visiting many more times in the future to sample more of the cocktails.

Excellent BBQ from "Smiffy's Smoke House" and really great cocktails - both have a real-time menu on their website (free WiFi to keep up to date). Friendly and accommodating service too !

Great experience, and the best bar we have been to for food and drinks. The food was cooked perfectly and the prices were amazing. The cocktails were awesome as well, even though partner isn't a whiskey fan she still found some great cocktails that she enjoyed. Definitely the going to visit again and just wish we had found it sooner!

We had a really great time at The Last Chance Saloon. The Bartender was incredibly knowledgeable about whisky and the food was tasty and delivered quickly. Will definitely return!

Attentive knowledgeable staff, great unique drinks, great food. Only annoyance, food in baskets with a paper sheet, i know it's 'authentic' but it's a pain to cut food and you end up with a bunch of soggy torn up paper (if you have any saucy food that you have to cut) other than that a great night, and very reasonably priced, will definiately return!

2nd time coming to last chance saloon and again I had a brilliant night. The range of drinks that you can get is great, being able to taste new things that you wont normally get to try. The staff are friendly and very helpful in choosing a drink that would suit your taste.

Went for "Bacon Bad" on a Thursday and managed to get there in time for happy hour (5-8pm) as well. The happy hour cocktail list has a good variety of whisk(e)y-based drinks. All the ones our group tried were excellent. The "bacon bad" food menu had a wide variety of bacon-using dishes. Some delay in the food coming out at one point in the night, but otherwise everything was good.

Oddly positioned bar and restaurant. Western style saloon bar with quirky interior. Great food even better drinks (if you like bourbon) still nice even if you don't. Knowledgeable bar staff happy to explain any drinks. Lovely evening and will be back soon to go through the range of bourbon and whiskey on the back bar
