my son loved his first Indian mixed grill. staff were excellent

Very good Service and great food quite busy for 6pm on a Saturday!

It was very busy, we were given 1.5hrs from allocating a table, to order (queue to order was very long) and eat, felt pressured to leave as staff were trying to clear the table 20 mims before our time was up. The food was nice, but the experience was not. I would recommend facilitating ordering at the table, given the time allocated to eat.

This was my 2nd visit as we don’t live locally, we enjoyed it so much on our 1st visit we couldn’t wait to eat here again and it didn’t disappoint. The food is fabulous, great staff and vibrant atmosphere - we’ll be back asap

Service was quick and friendly and the food was absolutely top notch. I came with a large group and we got our food very quickly and we had a great time. The grill platters are huge, very generous portions! Fab night out.

Excellent value for money. Great place to meet with friends & family.

First visit and last. Not told by waitress that we had to order food. Taken to restaurant area at back and waited 30 mins to be served. Then made enquiries and told to order by the bar. The place is so loud you cannot talk at all. Music too loud as well. Food was awful. Mixed grill was bland and had no spices. Catering is not for Indian people with taste. We’ll stick to the White Lion desi pub thanks. Much better service, atmosphere and most importantly much much better food at the White Lion.

Always a pleasure to dine at Lazy Hill. Staff are efficient and friendly. The place is always clean and the food is bang on.

Good atmosphere and food served quickly. We tried lamb Claypot, which was lovely.

We were a party of 7 tonight for my husband's 70th birthday. The two staff members were amazing and nothing was too much trouble even dressing my husband's cake for me . Food was amazing but very large portions so boxes were provided for us to take home what we wanted Well done LazyHill Tavern

Great service, food and drinks came quickly, food within 20 minutes. Good atmosphere, music a bit loud so was losing some of the conversation around the table.

As always we had a great meal. We were welcomed on arrival, seated immediately and presented with the menus. The food service was fast, however we didn’t feel like the food was precooked. The prawns were tender, not over cooked as was the chicken.

It was a lovely atmosphere very helpful staff not as formal as other Indian restaurants so more relaxed. A beautiful setting which entertained our 8 month old granddaughter. My husband said it was the best jalfrezi curry he’d ever had. Well done Lazy Hill staff.
