The restaurant was closed. No explanations on the door, no notes on their website! We were left with a 7 year old to find somewhere else to eat. I am not happy.

Great place in my opinion, staff friendly and food was nice. Just a shame that people either don't know about it or choose not to go, but apart from another couple there, it was an empty restaurant.

Burgers were not very juicy as advertised. Quiet dry for my personal taste. Cheese ball not hot enough (cheese was not melted). Service was excellent though and place looked friendly

Menu is brilliant: 2 courses for £12.5 is amazing value and the post farmer's sandwich was spot on. On the contrary, the stew was just alright, hog okish, shredded duck too dry and average sausage bites. Friendly service, tip generously as service charge is not added to the bill!

We sat outside and we had a wonderful time. The staff was really friendly, the decoration is beautiful and the food was excellent. The portions could be a little bigger though... Apart from that, top quality experience.

Great new spot. Love the food and service great. Just wish the cod and chips were a larger portion. Less vinegar in the cabbage please.

Really good food! When we went in, there was no on else there, and I thought this will not be good, but I was wrong and the restaurant quickly filled up. The food was really outstanding and atmosphere of a pub.

Food was good but service could have been better. We waited for almost 30 minutes before our drinks order was taken and it was empty. When we were given an incorrect side order the waitress insisted that was what was ordered. We had to ask for the bill and half our finished plates were still left on the table when we left. Not impressed tbh so we won't be going back. Pity really because the food itself was tasty and reasonably priced.

Breakfast food was nice although spatially it was difficult to eat as we were given a small table. The atmosphere and aesthetics of the decor were lovely. Service was ok.

I enjoyed brunch. Would have liked a pancake option on the menu, but the savoury dishes were good, filling and good value for money! Would be happy to come back and try more of the menu.

After finding them on instagram (don't you just love the powers of social media!), we trekked half way accross London to visit this little gem for sunday brunch and it did not disappoint. The staff were very attentive and the atmosphere cozy and relaxed. Although the menu was small, the food was cooked to perfection and rustically presented in pans and on wooden boards. Definitely worth a second visit.

The food was absolutely amazing, the service could be more attentive, we had to stend and ask for things because no one was there, but apart for that I really suggest it for the variety of the food

Great drinks and food, lovely service. My shift team had just come off our final night shift at Crisis, and were in need of warmth, alcohol, and sustenance. LH did not disappoint. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their breakfasts. The presentation was also beautifully rustic.

We went there for a business lunch. I'm vegetarian, there were three foodies and one calorie counting gym enthusiast. We all found something tasty on the menu that got us excited about lunch. It was fantastic and the service was even better than what we expected.

Nice looking restaurant, slightly more interesting things on the menu than just burger & chips. My partner had the duck breast in a fig & blueberry sauce which he really enjoyed. I ordered the hog served with sliced potatoes, caramelized onions and chilli but was disappointed. The fried belly pork was nicely cooked (not the hog I was expecting) but it was served on dry French fries with fried onions on top and a few slices of chilli scattered about. I ordered the dish as I liked the sound of the sliced potatoes - not a big fan of chips. I left most of them and just ate the belly pork. Service was friendly but a bit slow considering we were the only customers when we arrived, only one person in the kitchen and one serving. But it was a Wednesday evening so I guess they weren't expecting it to be too busy. Overall an average experience, what I ordered did not meet expectations therefore I was disappointed.

Food is fab - I went for dinner with a friend on a Tuesday to make the most of their 2 burgers for £12. Both burgers were delicious, I am gluten and dairy free and I had no problem picking from their menu. The sweet potato fries are also absolutely amazing, and the service is great. Would highly recommend visiting and I will definitely be going again. Another gem to add to Kentish Town's new crown!
