Really nice atmosphere, they had really friendly staff, they used fresh ingredients, gave recommendations, great for breakfast or lunch! Would definitely come again with friends.
Slow service- over 20 minutes just for drinks and even longer for food, average food and a bout of food poisoning enjoyed by all memebers :(
Very lovely service and afternoon tea, would recommend. Sandwiches were rustic but lovely fresh bread and plenty of filling. We couldn't finish the cakes but they were delicious and a nice different selection.
We were not happy with the food, the bread used for the sandwiches was very thick with very little filling, the canapés had a very strong taste, tasted like pesto on a cracker, the scones were very hard and dry. When asked if we enjoyed our tea we said no, we had not enjoyed (The Tea For Two ) experience, no alternative meals were offered. VERY POOR INDEED.... This was bought as a present from my son.
Friendly & helpful staff and lovely food. Would highly recommend the afternoon tea and the gorgeous flowering teas. Huge portions too. Will definitely go back again.
