Oysters expensive but fresh and good. Onion soup sub par. Not cooked the proper Frech way. Fish, duch confit good. Coffee dessert good. Cider good.

Love this amazing family run restaurant, have been many times over the years & this time was for our wedding anniversary. We had excellent service from the warm welcome on arival & throughout the whole evening. A busy Saturday evening but we didn't have to wait at all for our courses. Beautiful presentation, delecious specials options as well as the actual menu. The only dialema was deciding which!! Highly recommend, so pretty too, will be back soon :) Thank you everyone, Jenny xx

The food in this restaurant gets better each visit the chef is amazing, the specials never disappoint. Hands down best restaurant in 5miles of Hampton court.

Amazing food! We visited for my mother's 70th and we were not disappointed! The food was exceptional. my father said it was the best meal he as ever eaten out. Food knowledge was very interesting and nice to know when chefs know exactly where their food is from. Delicious!

The food and service is excellent and it never fails to impress. Their menu is just right - not too much, not too little. Then when they walk through the daily specials you are really impressed with the choice. Few restaurants these days come up to this standard, good work by the chef and team.

It is far too long since we’ve visited this superb chef patron restaurant, run by an engaging family team. Delicious food and wine of the highest quality, without the need for Michelin recognition! We will be back for more of the incredible selection of “specials” very soon.

Superb menu, greeted by the chef. Adjustments made to a dish to address dietary restriction. The service was faultless and the food delicious. Highly recomended

As ever, fabulous menu and service. Starters of half a dozen oysters and white and wild asparagus, both light and fresh. Mains, I had veal on the specials, was expecting a thin fillet but was a huge chop, perfectly cooked with plenty of veg and a mini skillet of dauphinois- amazing and very filling. My partner chose the lobster spaghetti with squid ink and that was gorgeous. Perfect spaghetti and large chunks of beautiful sweet lobster. Next up we shared a cheese board with freshly baked bread. 5 soft cheeses, notably the chandos soaked Camembert - too strong for me but my partner loved that one. I preferred the goats.

Very nice atmosphere and the staff were very attentive. The starters were lovely, but I made a poor choice of main dish that being the monkfish curry. It was described as coming with a light coconut creme curry source, but it ended being a heavy curry that drowned out the taste of what should have been a piece of lovely fresh fish. My wife's main, the John Dory, was lovely but didn't have much with it, which meant we had to order extra vegetables half way through the course. We ordered a Cote du Rhone with the meal which was very nice.

Sadly it was our first return visit after way too long. That said we were certainly not disappointed and our evening was as great as we have experienced on all our previous visits. LPN is our Go To Place for special occasions, this time it was for our 25th Anniversary. Fab food, attentive service and cosy atmosphere, and the owners as welcoming as ever. Absolutely delightful. We’ve been to petit Nantais a few times now. It is one of our favourite restaurants. We love the food , the ambiance and above all the personal touch with a lovely welcome. It’s a real gem!

We had an early table so the restaurant was quiet although it did fill up and the atmosphere grew commensurately. The ambiance was lovely from the moment we arrived. The menu was lovely and the specials were mouth-wateringly off the charts. The service was perfect, the food delicious. A lovely evening
