Lemongrass Crawley

Good food, consistently high standard. Love the tempura vegetables, beg/ tofu red and green curry are delicious. The service is just slightly haphazard/ forgetful at times.

Good food with varied menu and veggie options. Friendly and courteous staff. Busy with lots of atmosphere.Very reasonable prices and not rushed to get finished.

Fantastic restaurant, food was delicious, staff very helpful and attentive. It was my birthday and they put up a banner, serenaded me and sang happy birthday. They even got the staff to all sign a birthday card. A very personal touch was also to call all 7 of us by our names all evening. Would highly recommend Lemongrass to anyone looking for that personal touch that you don't always get on an evening out.

Fantastic Food and Staff. Everything we were served was fresh and very tasty! I ordered a side of the seasonal veg with oyster sauce - the veg was crispy and wonderful just the way I like it. Excellent choice of food for my husband who is a vegetarian too. Kra Chai is an amazing dish and I would highly recommend if you like steak. Thanks for a lovely and very tasty evening Lemongrass - we will be back !

Great service as always. Very tasty Red Thai curry and Green Thai curry wit sticky rice and coconut rice. Efficient service, staff very polite as always. Definitely will come back as it's one of the best restaurants in Crawley. Thank again.

The food and service was fantastic, the wine was very good, however my one niggle was after choosing Lemongrass from their website particularly for Tapas, I was disappointed I was not offered the "Thai Tapas" menu.

Fantastic meal, great attentive staff with delicious and well presented food. The staff overheard it was a birthday meal and proceeded to cater for it, even with a surprise dessert and card at the end of the meal. Will definitely be returning!

Taste of foods are very delicious, great services from staff and manager at restaurant. Clean and nice restaurant to have lunch/ dinner. Variety of menus to taste and try.

Great food - in fact it was so good we ate there twice in one week - we will definitely go back on our next visit to Crawley.

Ordered two mixed plates, the food on both could not be faulted. Every dish was full of flavour and so delicious- the portion was very generous and we could not finish it. The service was efficient and the restaurant decor was very nice. My only criticism was that the restaurant smelt strongly of cleaning products - I assume that this was because it was close to it opening. It was a bit off putting (the restaurant was also extremely hot). Perhaps some some traditional incense sticks would have hidden this!

Excellent food, 6 of us went on a Monday evening and went for a set menu and there was plenty for all, service was great too.

It's a great venue. Good food with great taste, great ambiance and tentative staff. Good place for a family or staff hatching as well as a couple to be alone.

Very good food and good service made the visit ex eptional. We have visited the Horsham restaurant many times but this was the first time in Crawley. It was as good as Jorsham.

Celebrating a family birthday. The staff were lovely and made a real fuss of the birtyday boy. The food was excellent. Price very reasonable. A great evening and one we would definitely repeat.

Excellent food and service, we have eaten here several times, always consistent. The menu is quite varied but I always seem to go for the seabass as it is excellent whichever way it is cooked.

Very good quality food, went for Set Menu B and the duck pancakes were fabulous. A stylish but informal setting. The staff could have been friendlier but this probably just reflects London.

Had to wait for a long time, staff not very friendly, felt rushed. Starter was really greasy and main was tasteless, it was very noisy no atmosphere, will not be going again or recommend.

I visited Lemongrass this weekend with friends. We chose it as we all love Thai and one of my friends recommended this restaurant as I hadn't tried any in the area. Let me tell you we were not disappointed! We ordered a range of things, tempura prawns, pad Thai and the Set Menu A. All was superb! Between four of us we ordered 2 starters, 2 pad Thai and the Set Menu A for two. The amount of food was incredible! There was so much left that we took most of it home! An issue we did have was that we ordered two prawn tempura and we received one tempura and one prawn toast. I said we should ask them but the other members of our party didn't want to cause a fuss. Although I am sure the staff would have obliged if they'd have know. The staff were all more than lovely and attentive, although I do have one negative comment - when we had finished eating the waitresses were floating around our table as if they wanted us to leave. We still had half a bottle of wine that we wanted to finish whilst chating and letting our meal go down. Our glasses were topped up as soon as we took a sip leaving us feeling slightly uncomfortable. I understand that they may have wanted the table as it was a Friday night but there were other free tables in the restaurant and we had not overstayed our welcome. Overall a great meal and I will be returning with my partner in the future!

Having read nothing but fantastic reviews we booked to eat at Lemongrass. It has to be said that our visit didn't live up to the reviews I had read. The food was ok, nothing special, and the service was lacklustre. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but we will return to try again soon as so many people can't be wrong! Disappointed to say the least!

Lemongrass was an exceptional restaurant with attentive staff, beautiful food and a lovely establishment. The manager shows great value of your custom as do the staff. The food is excellent. I would (and will) highly recommend Lemongrass to friends and family.

The Lemongrass in Crawley is simply the best Thai restaurant for miles! We took mum for Mother's Day as it's both her favourite and ours, my brother and sister-in-law are regulars. The staff are always friendly and attentive with excellent service and the food is just incredible! The sight, smell and taste of the food is just awesome, beautifully presented, very generous quantities and all of a very high quality. We all had the Tempura Prawns for starters, the Massaman Lamb Shanks and Phad Thai noodles and even with three healthy appetites, we still took some home! None of us could manage a dessert! If you like Thai food and plenty of it, you'll love the Lemongrass!

Really quick service and good menu that wasn't just full of lame Thai stereotypes. Staff were laid back and friendly. Busy, but not too noisy or crowded.

This is a very busy restaurant especially on a Saturday evening but excellent service from the staff and lovely food. We were asked to move tables to accommodate a large party but this was no problem. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Friendly and authentically Thai restaurant in a convenient location in the old town area of Crawley. Lovely staff, fantastic food. Good variety of dishes and wines, and they even serve Chang Beer, unlike most who only have Singha. Fantastic tapas style lunch menus too. Love this place!

Part of a chain. Other restaurants throughout Sussex including Haywards Heath. Lemongrass is extremely good value. Their portion sizes are extremely Generous. A Quick service if you are in a rush.

We had the Set Menu (B), which provided a variety of different dishes and flavours. The food was excellent, as was the service. Highly recommended!
