PRAWN MASSAMAN CURRY
Strong Muslim influence food from the furthest south of Thailand. Made with dry spices such as cumin and cinnamon, while other Thai curries are made using Thai herbs. The curry is cooked with coconut milk, potatoes, onion and topped with dried shallot and cashew nut with your choice of chicken, beef, lamb or vegetable.
