This is where we go when we want to eat out as a family. A genuine Italian family restaurant ambience and a proper Italian menu - not just "pizza/pasta". Bravo, Salvatore and team - it's good to be back!

Meal wonderful but experience spoilt at end of meal with waitress expressing “No tip?” on paying bill (we left cash separately). Felt it was a bit of a cheek!

Very poor value for money. Drop the so-called free frills (bread rolls, olives, limoncello shots) and reduce the price of your starters. Had the garlic bread and house lasagne - extremely poor, could have got exactly the same, in the value range of any supermarket. Sorry, won't be visiting again.

The food was fantastic! Beautifully displayed and very tasty. The service was good but the waitress was busy therefore the service seemed rushed. There is no desert menu the waitress reeled it off so fast we had to ask again. Overall a great restaurant.

Very well prepared meals, satisfied all my taste buds from starter of Parme ham & melon to main meal of veal in mushroom & cream sauce finished with cannoli for dessert & excellent coffee. Quiet evening with my hubby to enjoy a real Italian restaurant.

We had a great evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were offered a comprehensive menu with a wide variety of dishes. We all enjoyed our delicious three course meal followed by coffee and a small glass of limoncello. We look forward to going again.

Amazing food and great atmosphere. Great ambassadors for Italy. Spent a lot of time in Italy and the food and ambiance were great and authentic.

Food was well prepared and presented and came in generous portions. Service was attentive and unhurried. The wine list was ok if a little pricey for the quality of the wine. You can usually rely on Limoncello to provide good food and wine and we were not disappointed.

Friendly service, very tasty food. Good selection of wines. Not as expensive as same meal might have been elsewhere. When my wife left her handbag behind, waiting staff were quick to try to call her back in from the pavement and she received it back with a friendly smile.

A small and cosy restaurant in the centre of town serving lovely Italian style food and with excellent service. Personally my only complaint is it would be nice if they sold draught beer, but I understand the reasons why they don't.

Great tasty, well presented food, the fillet steak was done to our personal requirement, it was like cutting butter, lovely! It was a very good service and lovely ambience. Great night! Well done all at Limoncello.

This was our second visit to the Limoncello Restaurant in Abingdon and on both occasions had a very nice meal with attentive service. Will definitely return on our next trip to Abingdon. Paul

The service was quick, and we were seated right away with minimal fuss. The atmosphere was great and the suggested wine pairings for the Lamb special was fanstatic.
