Great service, food was good but could do with more flavour or sauces to accompany the dishes.

I took my woman out there for valentine's and they were taking so long to come and take our order, to bring hour food. It wasn't just us it was many people. A lot of people did a refund or just did a takeaway.

It’s freezing and service is terrible.. 45 minutes between courses and expect a a 17 pound service charge to be added.. your guests can’t be impressed by free shots.

It was a lovely atmosphere for our family of four. The food was delicious and cooked according to your requirement. The waitress was attentive and regularly checked to see if we were ok.

Food was good but had an 8 seater table for 7 when asked and booked for 7 so someone was sitting on a table on their own asked to move the extra table away but they refused and said there was no space when there was a huge space behind us.

We were very disappointed with our visit. There was no disabled parking space available for my mother. There were no high chairs for the children. We were sat near the door in the middle of the restaurant where people kept opening to go out and smoke, therefore we were freezing and so were the children. Our drink orders were not taken first and we waited a long time for our food, despite the restaurant not being that busy. Also we felt the price was too high for what we had and overpriced. Unfortunately we will not returning and going back to Gokuzu.

A very enjoyable experience at Lokkum Restaurant! Service was excellent and staff were very attentive and helpful to us. Particularly Claudia (I hope I spelt her name right!). She made my friend’s birthday dinner extra special for her which was amazing. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend to all.
