L'Olivetto

Took 40 mins for starter to come, after 2 wrong meals were delivered. We were however compensated with a complementary bottle of wine which was great.

Fab food and great service ! Would definitely recommend! All the pasta dishes were amazing and looks like they do music nights which sound great. We will be back !

A wonderful evening with fabulous food and excellent service. Very attentive staff for which nothing was to much trouble. Being able to request less chilli in each dish made it all the more enjoyable.

Good local Italian, nice friendly atmosphere. Food didn’t blow me away, but the pizza looked great and they do a nice scouse (though they call it something Italian).

Gorgeous food, the service was great. We went at a really quiet time but you can tell the atmosphere would be fantastic at a more busy time

The food and service are always great in this restaurant; it really is a little gem. It is also good value for money, with the early bird deals and half price wine offers being particularly good.

All the food tasted freshly prepared and was cooked perfectly. Tasted amazing. Staff and service were excellent.Table size and positions not ideal but didn’t spoil the evening. Will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu.

We had a lovely meal and couldn’t find fault with anything. Staff were very attentive and everything was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Best meal we have had for years and the service was excellent. The sauce for the mussels starter was excellent, the spaghetti l'olivetto was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.

Delicious, welcoming, excellent - as usual. Imported cake with custard and white chocolate - amazing.

Good range of pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes. Tasty starters, my calamari had super light batter. The chunky, hand cut chips were good. Reasonably priced wine, good service. Recommended.

Great Italian menu, with something for everyone. Consistently good food. Excellent warm and friendly Service. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant. It is a quality establishment.

The Food was tasty, I had lasagne and ate the lot! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. It's very reasonably priced too. Will definitely return.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating and kind, especially with my friend's baby who was unfortunately a little grouchy as he was teething. Garlic bread delicious, garlic mushrooms a bit greasy.. mains a little disappointing, sadly. Made a nice mocktail on request but forgot to bring the second one we ordered.

We had a lovely two course meal at Olivetti. I was in a party of four, we all had something different and everyone was pleased with their dishes. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

I love this restaurant. Keep coming back for the top notch food (divine cheesy garlic bread) and always find myself ordering the same thing because it's just that good. Friendly and lively staff too.

Visited this restaurant for the first time with my daughter. Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere very friendly and helpful staff and delicious food - will definitely return.

Lovely food and great service. My daughter enjoyed making her own pizza which also helped to keep her entertained. We ordered from the 2 course fixed price menu which was good value for money.

Service was great from the wait staff. main course was lovely. Everyone happy but the dessert was a major let down. Cherry pie with virtually no cherry in it, tiramasu that looked as if it had been in the glass cabinet for 2 days and tasted of nothing. Would have got full marks but the desserts really need work

Really poor experience. Waited over forty five minutes for our food. They made an error in the order, which, to be fair, was quickly remedied. However, the food was not great as we had expected from reading other reviews. The spaghetti meatballs was dry and tasteless, the lasagne was also dry and tasteless and the fish was very overcooked. My dad left most of his meal and was not asked by the staff if there was a problem with his meal, which there obviously was, will not visit again.

Fab food, helpful staff, typical Italian menu choices. Excellent choice for member of our party who is gluten-free. Would definitely return, thank you for a lovely evening.

Fabulous little Italian Restraunt, a hidden gem, the food is amazing, the staff are first class, lovely ambiance in the place, just nice back ground music so you can actually talk with the folk in your party. Very reasonable price, highly recommend this Restraunt, it's my second visit here and it just keeps getting better. Well done to the lovely owners of L'Olivetto Rose lane Liverpool 😊

We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant. From arrival through the whole evening the service was excellent and very friendly. For a main I went for the sea bass linguini and my wife the sirloin steak and we were not disappointed. My wife's dessert was divine, affagato served with separate coffee and liqueur not mixed up like in some places. The decor's clean and modern giving it a trattoria feel. A really good neighbourhood restaurant which we'll go to again.

Lovely place my first time there . food was lovely great price for tea time special, staff friendly and not overbearing lovely atmosphere , defiantly be going again!!

Service was both friendly and efficient. Five different meals ordered; five very satisfied customers. We only had a main course as portions are very generous.

Lovely restaurant and staff very attentive, food was delicious! Too full to have dessert but will have to save room next time, they looked great too!
