Not great food but the service was excellent and helped with getting us different food

felt we were rushed as only just finished pudding and they brought the bill, then next minute the card reader was at our table. We hadn’t even said how we were going to pay and still had drinks.

Entrance was not what I expected and concerned me where we had booked but heading down to restaurant I was more than pleasantly surprised, beautiful!!!

We went on a monday so it was quiet.. Just 2 of us in the restaurant.. The room was a bit cold but not too bad. Service was very good.. But chef left iff an order of sweet potato fries.. I wasnt too bothered because the burger was big and i was full but with only 2 customers i would have expected the order to be complete... Try the deep fried pickles.. Nice

Burgers were great, on point 👌🏻. Loaded fries were chucked together and cheese not melted so much but flavours were good. Cool little place 😊

Good but chicken burger over done and not very special. Use to have nice aioli with chips but now only normal ketchup and mayo

My second visit to Lyon’s Den was as good as my first. Wish there was one in my home town! Lovely quirky building, halloumi burger which I could happily eat every day, & my meat eating companions were very happy eaters. Very helpful, friendly staff. Can’t wait for my third visit, well worth the 3 hour trip to get there
