Had a wonderful visit at the Majaraja of india.. wonderful service. Halim was very attentive and looked after us well. Sorry we had the starter as the main meal with rice and Nan bread is more than enough. Generous portion sizes on the main and 2 could share a rice easily. The Malbec red wine so smooth. Overall would deffinately recommend, especially for theatre, right opposite the Garrick theatre. 5pm great time nice and relaxed atmosphere. Thankyou ,👍🤗

Food and speed was perfect. Cobra beer is really very good. Atmosphere is fine and authentic. Only toilets are a little bit small but clean. Recommend it to everybody. Prices are really well compared to any place close.

We were a party of nine at a busy time but were served all meals together by very diligent, helpful staff. Only a small restaurant but far superior in quality to any of the big guys.

We order Chicken curry but they brought us tikka masala and they forced us to accept it. The portions are not so good and the prices are high. Don’t want to forget to mention how loud and noisy was inside.

Staff was great especially Ali, super friendly :) The non spicy food was not very flavourful unfortunately compared to other Indian restaurants (butter chicken and tikka masala).

Mediocre, did not know we had a booking. But we're sat fairly quickly after time

Food was quite good, especially the Ruby chicken and pashwari naan, but the samosas were way too spicy for me. We weren't too impressed with the service though. Not a single question as to how the food was, or if we wanted more drinks or dessert. After a while of waiting around for that, we just gave up.

waited more than 30mins for food. almost missed the theratre. We needed to ask for plates and cutlery which were not given to us. Napkin were forgotten. We need ask for water as the staff forgot to bring it to us. Taste of the food is good but the ingredients were subpar. Frozen vegetables were used in the vegetable curry. salad was given without any dressing.

I wish I could give zero stars to this restaurant. First of all the place is very congested you can't even sit properly, and the food oh my god they ruined my dining experience and tortured my taste buds, they say this Indian food it was tasteless, spiceless and watery, the dal we ordered was inedible because it was full of salt rather taste, the paneer my goodness never eaten that tasteless sabji ni my life and who on this earth adds this much tomato ketchup in chana. The service was non existent as nobody takes care if you want to order something else I have to wait long after have complained about the dal to get it sorted they brought it when my dinner was almost over. I would not recommend anyone to go this restaurant and ruin their evening by eating such dinner 😞

I had a great lunch and the menu has plenty to offer. The onion Baji is great and a good dish to start with. The lamb is a good choice here too if you like the meat.

The space was very cramped with tables too close to each other. The food was good, but getting waiters' attention took too long at times.

Food excellent! But that's a fly problem. 3 fruit flies were buzzing around our table. There are things to get rid of those in drains. Also took a long time to get service after getting seated.

Great food very nice staff, we were group of 5 and very good recommendation from waiter on portions.

Bitterly disappointing. Arrived on time and had to wait 10 mins for our booked table. Starters arrived when still at our poppadoms. When the mains arrived it’s clear they were sitting on a hot plate for a while. There was no ‘sizzle’ on the sizzler and one of the meals was cold, as was the naan. It was sent back and when it returned it’s clear it had just been ‘nuked’ in the microwave. The Naan was cut up to disguise the face it was the same ‘nuked’ Naan returning. 15% service charge on the bill for that service and quality was very disappointing. It’s clearly not about quality and just about turnover for tourists.

A great meal of chicken tikka and love the creamy taste of the sauce. The location is great, easy to get too. and has lovely setting interior.
